I received excellent customer service. I appreciated the no-pressure sale to have my struts replaced. I asked for a quote and wasn't able to do it at the time. I will be bringing my car here for oil changes from now on. I truly feel that I can trust these guys. Thanks for the great customer service!!!!!

Rocky, quickly diagnosed my brake problem and had the drums and brake pads replaced in 4 hours. He then explained what had been done and asked if I had any questions. He provided excellent customer service. I will in the future recommend this shop to family and friends.

I just recently bought a used car from the Dick Hannah Volkswagen at the Vancouver location. Our sales representative was MaryAnne Randall. MaryAnne was knowledgeable, patient and kept my needs in mind at all times. I was dreading look for a car because with other dealerships I had experienced high pressure salesmen who were eager to sell a car, any car.

My experience with MaryAnne was totally the opposite.
She took the time to get to know me and was willing to show me as many cars as I needed to see. I never felt pressured to buy and after purchasing the car, I had no buyer's remorse.

MaryAnne was great to work with and I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a car.
