I dropped by to book an appointment with my fav hairdress, Angela and found out she was no longer there. To make matters worse, while I was looking at products I overhead the owner/manager? berate an employee! It was embarassing for me and I felt terrible for the employee. I ended up leaving without purchasing anything and without making an appointment with another stylist. Guess I'll start looking for another place for manicures, massages and facials. No wonder they lost a great hairdresser. Anyone know where Angela might be?

I had a massage from Lora and she was hands down the best massage I've ever had. I've never felt so relaxed and felt better after words. Her pressure was amazing, If the pressure was to much she'll ease off but still did a great job working the areas needed. Gives fantastic head massages as well. I definitely recommend her shes so nice and her always has a smile on her face :)

i have been putting my hair in the capable hands of Heidi Peplow for a few years now. I know very little about what looks good or will look good before the final product is achieved. So to be completely honest every time i see her all i say is I'm ready for a change make me look gorgeous... & bomb she does. i look fabulous. i have never gotten more compliments in my life than when i started getting my hair done by Heidi. Even when it starts to fade or i'm a little behind on touch ups i still get random "did you just get your hair done? it looks good" comments. so let me tell ya; the drive is totally worth it! Heidi's the best!

You can get a decent massage here, but it's not worth the hassle. They are a small spa in Woodinville, but it's run like a big chain. They hold your appointment with a credit card which they keep on file and is required regardless however big or small your service. Then, if you RESCHEDULE within 48 hours, no matter what, they charge you 50% of what your total service would have cost, and if you cancel, they charge you 100%. You can get better customer service at Gene Juarez and the prices are the same. I like to support smaller, privately owned companies, but they also are typically more focused on customer service rather than money only. I've had services at Oasis a few times, and they are getting more rigid with their ridiculous money-hungry 'rules' and I hear management doesn't treat their employees very well which is a turn off to me.

Schedule at your own risk...I just hope you or your child doesn't get sick or, surprise!...your credit card will be charged.

Until now I have had the WORST time finding a stylist that I felt 100% comfortable with. In my book Angela at Oasis is THE BEST! I have sent a lot of my friends to Angela and they absolutely loved her as well. I like the way she listens to what I am wanting and combines it with what will work for my hair-type, coloring, lifestyle etc. I always leave there completely satisfied! It is also fun to take my 6 year old daughter for her haircuts- Angela makes her feel pampered and "so grown-up"!

I took our Assistants there for our "Great Escape" away from work to get pedicures, which were so relaxing. It smells amazing and reminds me of the Bahamas-we loved our pedicures! We were impressed and can't wait to go back soon!

I have been going to Oasis Salon and Spa for over a year now. Ami is my styalist and she does an outstanding job. Ami is so sweet, always smilling and very friendly. Ami is great at listening to what I am looking for and when I wanted a change we discussed together and the outcome was wonderful. I get compliments on my hair all the time!

Ami is amazing! Her talent with coloring and cutting is undeniable!!!! She sincerely listened to what I wanted while accounting for my personality and busy daily routine and magically created a fantastic look that I was able to recreate on my own (a huge feat for any stylist)! I would highly recommend this stylist and salon to everyone!!!!!!

I just received my second massage at the Oasis spa in Woodinville. It was absolutely amazing. My therapist was Nicole. I highly recomend her. The spa is like walking into a 5 star resort spa. Makes you feel like you are on vacation in a fancy place, but you don't have to deal with traveling, because it is right here in beautiful Woodinville! If Tommy Bahama had a spa, this is what I would picture it like!!
My therapist, Nicole, paid very close attention to detail. From the temperature of the room, how light or dark the room was, her techniques and the comfort of the table. She even wrapped my feet in warm towels after she massaged them. I hate having slippery feet, when I put my spa sandals back on.
After my massage I was so relaxed, and was able to continue the feeling in the relaxation room with some fantastic tea and water. Definitely heaven on earth, and I didn't have to get on an airplane. If you are looking for some relaxation, check out the Oasis Spa.
In the past I have had pedicures and Haircuts at the Oasis Spa. I highly recomend Angela. She is a great stylist. She also gives the best pedicure massages that I have EVER had.
Check it out, you won't be sorry!!!

I went to a high end salon to get a "new do". But, oh my gosh it was awful!! Thank goodness for Angela at Oasis Spa and Salon. She was so awesome and listened to what I really needed. She was so nice that she was willing to stay longer on her shift to fix my hair. Angela took my awful haircut and color and transformed everything into exactly what I wanted to make me feel younger and more polished. My tears dried up and I felt so much better. Thank you so much to Angela for fixing my mess. I look forward to having you always color and cut my hair. You are amazing!!!

Leila is the best stylist. At my first appointment, she asked questions about my daily routine and what I look for in a hair style. Knowing that I am a very busy person, she gave me a great style that is easy and looks wonderful whether or not I have time to dry it in the morning. She was the first stylist I've gone to that has been able to accomplish this.

This spa/salon on Woodinville exceeded my expectations. I usually get my hair done in Seattle, and received better service and quality at Oasis than much pricier salons in the area. The receptionists helped me schedule my first appointment seamlessly and even was able to get my hairstylist to stay a little late to accommodate my work schedule. Leila colored and cut my hair and I loved it. I am a hair and beauty junkie and rarely LOVE my stylists. Leila spent time addressing my needs, hair texture, daily routine, and face shape to help me find the perfect style. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. The best thing was that she taught me how to dry my hair like a professional. I think the sign of an awesome stylist is when you can go home and recreate the look. The next day after my cut, I started receiving complements. I have already recommended her to my friends.

The other service I tried at Oasis was the airbrush tanning. The girls who do the service are friendly and professional. I have already gone back several times.

And try to elixir teas . . . they are delish. ;)

The Best Hair Stylist- Leila
I just wanted to rave about Leila- she has done my hair many times, and she does SUCH an awesome job!! Every time I see her, I feel like I am her most important client. Through her friendly manner, she always first asks me what I would like to do with my hair; would I like to keep it the same or change the look a little or if I'd like to do something different. She totally listens to me and seems to be intuitive about what I might like if I were to make a change. Sometimes I want the same thing as last time, and then I get tired of that and want a bit of a new twist on what I had. She makes such awesome and appropriate changes for me in my color and/or cut that I have gotten to the point that I totally trust whatever she suggests! Since she had done my hair over the past couple of years, I have never received so many compliments about my hair- over and over, even though before I was getting it done in a top salon in Bellevue.
I would recommend you switch to Leila. She knows Oasis Salon & Spa well because she used to work at the front desk for a long time. She was always gave such friendly & accomodating service every time I came in for the other excellent services the salon has to offer.
I would also recommend Nikki for massages- she was excellent!

Let me start this by saying I am VERY particular about the color and especially cut of my hair! Recently, my stylist at another salon went on maternity leave. I tried desperately to not have my hair done during this time but eventually had to do something. A friend of mine told me about Angela at Oasis. It took me a week or two before I would even schedule an appointment but finally agreed, especially after seeing my friend get a wonderful color once again. I went in at a complete loss of what to do (I trusted my former stylist to always take care of that); Angela was GREAT! She listened to what I had to say and then ran with it. Even a month after getting my hair done, I am still getting comments on my color and cut. I was a little nervous but her friendly personality put my at ease and her talent with hair had me leave the salon beaming! I can't wait to go back and see her!

I never been there before yesterday. I had received a gift card for Christmas and I decided to try it. On Thursday I called and was greated by a friendly voice, I think her name was Leila, she explained the different service offerings they offered. She was very friendly and helpful. I made an appointment with Angela for a hair cut, the Ultimate.

When I arrived I was greated by friendly desk staff. The Oasis Spa & Salon is a beautiful place a very relaxing ambiance; it made me feel like I was on vacation at a resort.

I love my new cut, it's perfect! The conditioning treatment made my hair feel amazing ,the head massage was to die for, and the heated neck wrap was the topper.

Finding my haven in Woodinville, I have another resolution for 2008, my Oasis Spa & Salon checklist. I want to try every service, and of course visit Angela again for my next hair cut!

For Christmas, my cheesy boyfriend requested a date day with me. I frequently go to Oasis Spa and Salon, and have for the last 3 years, so I figured that the best gift (for both of us) would be a couples massage. Oasis Spa and Salon is one of the only places around that lets you do your couples massage together in the same room. My boyfriend and I looked forward to this all week leading up to the massage, and I have to say - it was an amazing, romantic experience that I cannot wait to do again! They treated us so wonderfuly, and the spa really inspired us to make more time for ourselves and find more moments of peace and tranquility in our crazy busy lives. We did the essentials massage for 60 minutes. It was so relaxing and nice. I get single massages there all the time, and even though those are amazing, the couples massage was even better because I got to have my best friend right beside me! After the massage was over, we didn't want to get up....so we made a decision together that every month we are going to budget in one couples massage because we enjoyed it so much. The whole ride home we talked about what parts of the massage we liked better and asked questions about the other persons massage. It provided a great platform for a fun, different conversation. We have since told all of our friends about it and are looking forward to our next massage. It is a great thing to do with your partner, it's something different and relaxing and will really help you get to a calm place if you live a hectic life like we do! If you have kids, skip a date night and do a massage night. I would rave about Oasis Spa and Salon to anyone who asks. All their services are spectacular. I just have to warn you - if your partner is a bit skeptical now, after they go they are going to become spa snobs and want only the best, and want to go more often! :) Now I'm trying to stop my boyfriend from wearing a robe all the time and lighting candles around the house....haha jk A++++++ from us!

I had heard good things about The Sun Spa as well as read good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I recieved a wonderful massage from Nicci. She was very sweet and did a very nice job. From the moment I walked into the door I felt relaxed. The front desk was welcoming and the layout of the spa is very unique. Nicci showed me where to go and what to do beforehand. Afterwards she still made me feel like my comfort was her #1 priority. I must say I have pretty high standards (being as I work in a fellow good reputation spa) and they were deffinitly met! I can't wait to go back and try something else. Thanks Nicci!

i have had 4 Brazilian waxings before and this one was the most painful. she didnt talk to distract me. no conversation at all actually. she didnt get all of the area that i asked her to and then didnt even clean off the wax very well after and left bits if paper on my skin. lots of hair broke off not pulled out.
i need to go back and have them fix it.

I have had many massages because I love how they make me feel. But my massage at the Sun Spa with Nicole was without a doubt the best I've ever had. She listens to my concerns and needs and actually addresses them! I felt amazing for days afterward and can't wait to make my next appointment with her. You can tell she really enjoys what she does and it shows in her techniques and her caring personality.

I could not have asked for a better day at the Sun Spa. I recieved a caviar facial and a massage, and never have I been so catered to. Every second of my massage was so glorious, my body has been thanking me for days! She had a firm touch, and new just when to ease up and just when to dig into those nasty knots. Thanks Val! My facial was nothing I was expecting. It started with cuticle oil and fabulous warm mits. Everything inbetween, transported me to a place of relaxation that I've never experienced before, ending with a head and foot massage and a little bit of me snoring. Sorry Amanda! :) The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. This place is everything one wants in a private spa. Big enough for groups, small enough for personal get aways. I recommend you take your self there!

Ami's unbeatable talent for coloring, cutting and styling my hair has surpassed my expectations with every visit for the past three years. Not only does she *listen* to what I want, but she creates a look unique for me that complements my personality. Her consistent continuing education training keeps her current and "in the know" so I have the best of the best product and techniques applied to my hair. Visiting her at The Sun Spa allows me to enjoy my salon and spa treatments at one convenient location ~ it's great!!

I have been wanting to find a great stylist for my hair. One that would listen to what i wanted . I was more then pleased when I tried out the Sun Spa for the first time for hair. The room was intimate and I knew for that time I could relax while in the chair with no disturbances. My stylist Lydia listened to what
I had to say and accomplished everything and more. My color was beautiful and a fantastic cut. Highly recommended!

I have been to my share of places to get my brows done, but Chrissy is by far the most thorough and professional. She listened to how I wanted to get my brows done and explained exactly what she was going to do (where she was going to wax, where she was going to pluck and trim). I have never been happier with my brows. They also have points system so you get discounts, which I am thrill about. I will definitely go back again.

I used to think I wasn't a "spa" kinda girl. I don't tan. I'm not skinny (in fact, quite the opposite). And I'm not rich. I have had a facial, my eyebrows waxed, a manicure and several massages at The Sun Spa and have to say now, I guess I am a spa kinda girl. I love this place. Affordable services, wonderful staff. It's just perfect. Coming from a woman who does NOT look like Barbie, The Sun Spa made me feel comfortable, pampered and special. SO ABSOLUTELY worth the time and money. Go on! Treat yourself!

I highly reccomend trying Cranial Sacral. I tried it for the first time this weekend and I feel so balanced and relaxed. It's amazing what simple light touch can do for someone. Chai did such a great job. I could literally feel a release of energy throughout my body. It is unlike anyhting I have experienced before. I can't wait until my next appointment!

The Sun Spa's website has an e-news subscription that I signed up for awhile back. I recently received a offer for a "Complementary" Oasis Bath with any massage. I made my appointments, my massage with Val was incredible and the Oasis Bath, was the perfect end to my hectic week. What a relaxing experience!

There aren't very many places that you can walk into these days and actually feel appreciated. Thats what i love about the Sun Spa. Everytime i go in there, the front desk girls know my name and already have my tanning bed set up for me as i walk in the door, or my therapist is there to greet me. The facials are wonderful, the massages are out of this world and they have the BEST tanning beds. Sandie gave me a wonderful pedicure and she was very professional yet hilarious. I enjoy going to the spa because it is an escape from my every day life!! I suggest that you check it out.

Should you need time to relax & renew this is the place. I have visited many places in Bothell, Bellevue, Redmond, and Woodinville for massage. It's amazed me that these places actually call themselves a "SPA."

The Sun Spa is the first place that I have found that can actually call itself a true "DAY SPA" while it has a resort like atmosphere and makes you feel as though you have truly gone on vacation... it provides the best of spa treatments, manicures/pedicures, waxing, and massage.

I have brought my husband, daughters, and nieces here on several occasions, and will never go anywhere else. They staff is kind, friendly, non-pretentious. Thanks for creating such a wonderful vacation - spot - right in Woodinville!!

What an incredible get away, right here in my town. I found this place on citysearch, and was skeptical of all the great reviews. Turns out all the great things people have ben saying are true. The staff was so nice, and accomodating. I had a facial and massage with Amanda and Carrie. Both were fantastic and better than any vacation resort i've been to. The elixir tea and hot shoulder rap afterwards left me speachless and relaxed. I will definetly be back.

I saw this place on city search and had to check it out. I had to call to get directions because I don't know Woodinville very well, and the girl on the phone was very short with me. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt, then I finally arrived and I looked around and there was noone in the place. I scheduled a tanning service and when I asked to use the restroom they gave me a key and told me to go outside around the corner. I went outside and thought about this place, went back in and canceled my tan. I would not recommend this place what so ever. And I will never be back!
