Vision Quest

Great small local gym. Its got a great range of classes which keeps my motivated. I love the zumba class to get a good burn and the yoga is a great way to wind down the weekend. And of course the cycle class is amazing. I love how motivating and engaging the instructors are. It really makes the hour fly by!

I love how friendly and personal this little gym is. Because its smaller than many of the big chain gyms Vision Quest has a great family feel to it. Everyone knows everyone and the entire staff is great about saying hello and goodbye. The classes are great, the childcare is very convenient, and the gym is clean. What more can you ask for?

I wanted to take a quick minute to tell you how great this fitness team is. Char (class instructor) led Group Power yesterday evening and, as always, had a full class. She explained to us that she wasn't to be lifting due to a medical situation, but she didn't want us to miss out on our workout, so conducted the class just using the bar. I am sure that was difficult for her as well, but she was so upbeat and motivating, even though she couldn't lift with us. We all appreciated her efforts so much and, although we had the opportunity to thank her, I wanted you to know as well. This team is just so impressive and so very committed to the members. Thank you Kent Vision Quest for all that you do and for all that your team does.

Vision Quest is now Kent Women's. Kent Women's was a nice place to work out but I never got any results from my workouts. When Vision Quest took over I was a little nervous but, it was the best change that could of happened. I actually sat down with the fitness director and he listened to all my struggles. He got me the best trainer and I have currently lost over 37 lbs. I've noticed the other members around the gym are getting more and more results.

Great place for ladies to work out! You will feel comfortable and get a good workout. The trainers here actually know what they are doing. The classes are top notch. Try the new spinning class for a great workout. You'll love it!
