Ratings_icons Better luck somewhere else!

I had a simiar situation of having to send back food, but my steak was more than over done, it looked like it had gone through a nuclear attack! Normally I never complain, even if there is a reason, I will just eat it, BUT- really? After a few bites I ws lucky to still have teeth. Service was not much better.

Pacific Grill is a place for people with MONEY!!!! If you don't have any don't go. I went for my works christmas party. The food was good but not the best portions. I do not recommend this restaurant

Pacific Grill writes...
In the heart of Tacoma's reborn downtown, Pacific Grill is an inviting living room, serving classic steaks, chops and succulent seafood, all in the warmth of a gracefully restored turn-of-the-century building. They forgot to mention that the prices are extremely high and there is nothing special about the food except that someone else is cooking besides me. Not one of my favorites.

Ratings_icons Go across the street to Sea Grill instead

Jared A.

My experience at this restaurant is not any better than at Red Lobster or any other average joint. I took 3 people out for a special night and thought I would try a place that was 5 stars in the newspaper. All four of us were disappointed (especially me paying $200+ and trying to impress).

The place was empty but we were sat at a small wobbly table that shouldn't have sat 4 people, so I requested we move to a booth.

The server looked mad when my girlfriend sent back the bloody prime rib that she ordered medium-well, and when it came back bloody again she didn't want to eat it at all.

Of the food we had, the lobster skewers appetizer was the best.

Pacific Grill was overpriced, service and food were so-so, I would not not recommend it, but Sea Grill across the street was amazing.

Ratings_icons Fabulous steak salad!!

Danielle L. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 7,511

This place is perfect cause you can come here for a nice, romantic dinner. I came here on a date and had an amazing steak salad that I still dream about.

However, it is expensive, so if you want to enjoy the amazing food and not break the bank, they have a great happy hour where you can get bar food for under ten bucks.

Can't loose!
