.

A screaming nightmare to deal with. His price is lower than his competition, but the difference is paid in frustration and damage.

He??s as sweet as can be until you sign his contract and pay the (majority) down payment. Then it??s one lie and excuse after another, and screaming in your face when you call him on them. If you??re elderly or handicapped, you're toast.

He trashes the site (and everything nearby), and leaves the place a mess.

Be sure to read his (misspelled) contract thoroughly, and notice that all of it protects him, and absolutely no part of it is in you. Your deposit (about 70% of the total cost) is not refundable, apparently under any circumstances, not for damage, not for lack of permits, not for getting fed up with his lying and stalling. ALL of your money will be in his pocket by the time he detaches the tow yoke from the truck. If he screws up, you??ll have to sue him to get your money back, AND you??ll have to pay another company to finish the work so it will pass inspection.

Check him out at Washington State Labor and Industries (Contractor Registration and Licensing) at 360-902-5226. They have a few ??notes? on him.

BTW, his company name according to State of WA licensing and his contract is D&S Mobile Home Service, but everything online, including his phone directory entries, say DNS. WHY?

Bad news from start to finish.

I think 1 star is too many
they were hired to move a 60 foot trailer, after many reassurances that they would place it where we wanted they ended up leaving it by the side of the road, without telling us or checking with neighbors, county or anyone else. There is a judgement against them for all costs.
