    I recently purchased an LED-LCD television from the Best Buy store in Lacey. I had done my homework, and pretty much knew the TV I wanted to buy, but had to decide where to buy it. I looked here, but there were no reviews, so I decided to write one. I know some people who have a low opinion of Best Buy, and have read some very negative reviews online. But they had as good a price as anyone, and offered free recycle of your old TV, which was important to me (I had a big TV to get rid of.) So I decided to try it.
    When I went into the TV department, I was promptly found by a salesman, who was very helpful & knowledgeable. He looked like a teenager, but hey, we're buying electronics here. The TV I was interested in had been marked down $120 from the advertised price. When I decided to make the purchase, he did ask me if I would like to buy the extended warranty, additional video equipment, etc., but when I declined he was not pushy. I wanted financing, and was taken to the service desk, where I filled out a form (a few minutes of waiting), and was approved for 3 years with no interest. The TV was purchased on a Monday. I got free delivery and free pickup of the old TV the following Saturday. I received a call the night before to tell me it would be delivered between 10:00-12:00. At 10:45 the next day the delivery men arrived, removed the old TV, unpacked the new TV, assembled the base. connected it to my cable, ran through the set-up menu, and in 20 minutes were on their way. The only complaint I can make about the whole process is that when I went to pay for the TV, the computer declined my account. I had to revisit the service desk, where they discovered that someone had entered my birth date incorrectly, which was then remedied. All in all, a very smooth process, and I am a very satisfied customer.
