River City Glass

Have a glass shower enclosure and one of the windows broke. Took the frame from the broken part to river city glasses shop intending to just have the glass replaced. They told me they couldn't do that and would have to send out an estimator to measure the space and look at it. I was fine with that and made an apointment. Estimator came out a few days later and had a look and told me he'd get back with me after he looked some things up. 4 days later he called me and gave me a price to replace it, which I was fine with and he said it would take about a week to order the parts. I told him to go ahead and get it ordered and get me fixed up. After 3 weeks passed I had not heard anything from them so I called to see what the deal was. After looking around a bit was told they found the record that I had made an apointment with an estimator but that no job was ever set up, no parts had been ordered and nothing was being done. Lucky for me I have a seperate bathtub! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

One of the original 1950s era windows on the west side of my home lost its insulation quality last fall and would fog up when the evening sun hit it. I called many window and glass companies in Spokane before I was told to try them. They apparently are the only company left in Spokane that will build the insulated windows needed in my home. The sales person was very considerate and explained what the procedure was going to be, the cost, the time frame, etc. When the installation finally occurred, there was a older man and a younger man who came to install it and I really liked the younger man who was very careful and mindful of what needed to be done. Finally, I could see the outside again. Very happy.
