We started going to other more out of the way branches of Columbia credit Union to avoid the Orchards Washington branch of Columbia credit Union all because of Amy Lemieux. We love the credit union and all the nice people who work there and wonder how Amy Lemieux was able to get a job at Columbia Credit Union.

Amy Lemieux has demonstrated her nasty hot-headed temperament on many many visits to the Orchards branch. My husband was been treated unprofessionally and I stopped going into the branch 6 months ago because Amy Lemieux and her bad attitude and mean behavior. I suspect that Amy Lemieux has an alcohol problem as she looks hung-over and her attitude is indicative of substance abuse.

Amy Lemieux needs to be reassigned once she has completed residential alcohol treatment. If this were not so egregious and profound in nature, I'd let it slide, but Amy Lemieux is the worst customer service teller in the business and the Board of Directors needs to act fast to resolve this matter.

nice staff and good rates make a great bank. I get an extra 1/4 % off of my low car rate if I have it auto deducted from my account, this is a huge plus. I also am a big fan of the telephone banking line.

I have been with Columbia Credit Union for over fifteen years and have always had nothing but the best of service. I have never been charged a service fee and will continue to bank with them.
