Thank you so much for making our first jump an AMAZING experience. Honestly, I had never once had any desire to jump out of a plane, but put it on my "30-before-30" list to try something new and totally outside of my "norm". I LOVED

YO! My friend Julie and I tandem jumped last Saturday morning with you guys. We had an absolutely awesome time! Three words for ya...FA BU LOUS!! I jumped with Spotty. I love that I got paired up with him! He made it super fun for me, I was completely comfortable, and felt safe the entire time. Plus he has a bad ass accent! Gotta love the accents! I love that I got the video, it helps me to remember the adrenaline and anticipation build up. In fact my stomach does a happy little dance inside me every time I watch myself dump out of that plane! Yes I said dump, it was not graceful enough to call it a jump. I particularly like the fact that during the free fall all you see is my eyes get huge, and my mouth fly at the speed of light with every excited phrase I could possibly muster, and my arms flail about light a chicken with two broken wings (I think I even grabbed Spotty's arm and shook it like a tambourine). This was followed by the removal of spittle that had accumulated on my cheek as I was flying towards the ground at 120 mph . After that it was a very leisure ride provided by Captain Spotty as he spun me one direction and then back the other way to take in the breathtaking view that we had on that perfect day. In fact Julie said I laughed louder than she had ever heard in her life (reminded her of Julia Roberts). The finale was the landing when Spotty told me that was probably the most fun thing I will ever do with my clothes on.....I would agree :) The entire experience was very intoxicating, and it won't be the last time that you see me! Thanks again for the great ride Spotty! And thanks to everyone for making our experience so great!

Take it easy!

Just wanted to drop you all a quick note to say how much fun I had during my first dive this past Sunday. I was with 2 other friends and the 3 of us came away from that experience as changed people. The staff and instructors were fantastic and obviously enjoy passing on their passion for the sport.

I'm already hooked, and looking forward to my next jump.

Thanks again, see you soon!

I just skydived for the first time on Saturday, July 23rd.
Kelly was my tandem instructor and was not only smoking hot, but also made me feel safe and in good hands.
He took care to point out the mountains and other cool stuff we could see on the way down, and he made it exciting when it was appropriate (I.e. after he knew I wouldn??t freak out.)

Yesterday I was telling a friend about skydiving and she asked me if my instructor was a hot guy with long blonde hair.
Just by the way she spoke of him, I am assuming this is Kelly and that he recently cut his hair.
She said ??He??s really good looking, cocky but capable, and has this huge smile.?

The atmosphere of the waiting area is fun and relaxing; the training is relaxed but informative; and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
There is nothing but good vibes all over that place.
I can see how easy it is to get addicted to free falling.

Thanks to everyone there; I can??t wait to go again.
And happy anniversary to Kelly and his wife.

Skydive Snohomish -
I should start by saying that I am severely displeased in your company. It's unacceptable that you let me go my first 25 years without letting it be known to me how awesome skydiving is. That's absolutely your fault. You have ruined the last seven years of my life by way of leaving me in the dark. Had I known, this absolutely wouldn't have been my first time and I could have been doing flips and stuff with expert precision. Luckily, clearly in an effort to save face, you assigned your best instructor, Sonya, to show me the time of my life. Sonya was incredible to say the least. She was a blast to meet, to fly with, to jump with and even to write about. A very affable person, she kept it light, was nice to chat with and was very professional. I couldn't have asked for a more satisfying time, a better view, or a better instructor. So, I guess you're off the hook from my furious wrath for the aforementioned reasons.

Well played Skydive Snohomish... Well played.

I am absolutely positive that I am completely hooked on skydiving (yeah baby)! I wish I would have discovered skydiving years ago.

I took my daughter skydiving for her 18th birthday on Saturday, July 9, 2011. We had a fantastic experience!! I was partnered with Kelly and sincerely had a fabulous adventure. The friendly quirkiness of Kelly during the preflight was calming enough to get me on the plane. Did I say I was nervous? Thankfully he talked my ear off on the plane and kept my mind off of what I was about to do. My nerves were approaching a rattled state the higher the plane flew but the conversation eased my anxiety. During the jump I went from scared-out-of-my-mind to this-is-amazing! From start to finish I could not have dreamt up a better first skydive.

After hearing about my experience I have several relatives and friends that want to come skydiving with me. I will definitely be back to skydive again.

Thank you to Kelly and the entire crew at Skydive Snohomish.

I've been high on an adrenaline rush in my system ever since my first jump last Sunday at the Harveyfield. I'm super hyper, thrilled, excited and happy all the time now.And wonder how long is that going to last for? Before the jump Iwas nervously excited. But the Skydive Snohomish staff did an amazing job tokeep my nerves calm and make my first jump a memorable lifetime experience. Iwas nervous when I met my instructor Luke for the first time whokept promising me to bring me down safely. He was very calm and cooland his passion for the sport was clearly evident. You ROCK man! Bad tothe Bone... I jumped from 13500 ft. with Luke and I think words like uber orepic are too small to describe the freefall experience. On top of ithe did an outstanding job with shooting a memorable video. Thank You so muchLuke! In addition, I would also like to thank Jordan who helped mebuckle up on the ground and Kelly for the emotional support in the planebefore the jump. Heheheheh.

I can??t wait to be back for my Second jump and tryout some back flips or other crazy stuff. Thank You Skydive Snohomish!

To fall from 12,500 feet with someone harnessed to your back is not what can be described as an everyday occurrence, at least for most of us mortals. I was simply amazed however at the incredible staff at Skyline who made our first skydiving experience a memory for us to be shared for the duration of our lives. From the beginning Josh made us feel comfortable at the desk where we checked in. We had some laughs together but were simultaneously reminded of the significance of the event. The instruction was more than adequate for a tandem jump and frankly I was pleased that no one felt a need to overly belabor the obvious. I was privileged to be in the tandem jump with Sonja and she was the model of professionalism while also willing to engage in a little light hearted banter. Sonja reiterated instruction where needed, but principally let me enjoy the ride, with the stunning view coupled with the amazing feelings of falling from the sky. Sonja was also able to celebrate with us the joy of completing our first ever jump with huge smiles and hugs for all. Thanks to the folks at Skydive Snohomish for an experience of a lifetime managed for us by a terrific group of people.

I went skydiving yesterday for the first time. I scheduled my appointment the morning of the jump without a problem. The gentleman at the desk made me feel better about the jump, saying it was more like flying vs. falling. That is what I needed to hear to feel better about it ?? not that I was really nervous but getting anxious of the falling feeling.
Gee was my tandem jumper and he was awesome! He has been doing this for a long time so I felt comfortable with the jump. It was an amazing experience, even when waiting to jump out of the plane. After getting into the arch position, I felt amazed and just took the entire view in and the joy of it. Nothing else like it! After the parachute opened, Gee let me steer for awhile. Floating in the Snohomish air and taking it all in, truly amazing. I have flown many times and enjoyed the view from inside the plane. Let me just say, the view from outside the plane is much better! I go to LA on a commercial flight later this month and will be disappointed in not being able to jump out!
The landing was perfect. It was a great rush. I spent the entire night smiling and even watched the video. Watching the jump was awesome! I felt like I was doing it again and, of course, starring in your own video is totally awesome!
Thank you for the great experience! I??m wearing my shirt today! I want everyone to know that I went skydiving!

Hey Snohomish Skydive-
I jumped on Friday, October 22nd of 2010. I showed up with my brother, Nick, expecting to film his birthday jump and when we got there, the gal behind the counter said, "Do you want to try it? We've got extra room?" I was so caught off guard and she had such an excited smile that secretly said, "you know you want to!" So without really thinking, I said, "sure!" I tell ya, filling out that paperwork was the scariest part of the whole jump. It's the only part of the whole experience that made me think twice! Kelly was a great tandem partner. He made me feel comfortable and I am most thankful that he didn't give me too much time to dangle over the edge of the plane before we jumped! All the staff members were friendly and made my brother and I feel very comfortable. When it was all said and done, I could not quit smiling! I did not know the true meaning of the word exhilerating until Friday afternoon! I have told everyone about it and told them I'd jump with them if they ever wanted to. Yes, I would do it again over, and over, and over! I don't think I'm interested in becoming a "regular" jumper but if I were ever in the same position, I'd say yes in a heartbeat! My family is most shocked because I am usually such a whimp! I am the kind of person who sat at the top of a "straight drop" waterslide for 15 minutes trying to get the courage to go! I always seem to choose the more responsible routes when it comes to risk taking. But in February of this year, I had the shock of my life. My husband passed away in a car accident. My husband spent his life living it up, doing what excited him including riding bulls! Eight months later, I have decided to start living my life and quit being aftaid of taking risks... and I am so glad I did! Thank you Snohomish Skydive... you guys rock!!

Sincerely-
Emily Pepper

BTW, Kelly has inspired me to get back into scuba diving...My first dive is set for christmas break down in Florida. Thanks!

My daughter & I went to Snohomish for a 'birthday' tandem jump. Skydiving at Snohomish was very, very fun! I am only sorry that the weather did not cooperate, so that I could have jumped at the higher altitude! My tandem instructor, "The Mad Russian" was great, and made the experience even better. When I come back to Seattle, and if the weather is remotely cooperating, I WILL be seeing if their is an availability of a higher altitude jump!

Thank you again.

Emily and Caroline at Skydive Snohomish are the least helpful people I've ever met.

I made a reservation to skydive for the first time with a jump date set for August. On the morning of my jump, I awoke to pouring rain. I figured the jump was cancelled, but if you don't show up and it's NOT cancelled, you forfeit your reservation fee. I called several times that morning without getting an answer. As I was getting in my car to drive an hour towards the airport, someone from Skydive Snohomish did call me to inform me thatI would have to reschedule. I did- for today.

This morning I awoke to blue skies and got ready to go. Nobody called to say that the jump was delayed or cancelled, so I drove an hour north to the airport, nervous about what my first skydiving experience would be like.

EVERYTHING changed when I went inside.

A family of 4 was already standing at the counter being "assisted'. A smug teenaged girl (either Emily or Caroline, I don't know which is which. They were equally awful) asked, "Are you with this group?" "No, we're not." Her response (I kid you not): "Well, what do you want then?"

What do I want?

"We have a 10:45 reservation."
"Well, that jump was cancelled due to weather."
"It was? I wasn't informed."
"It's YOUR responsibility to call and check ahead of time."
"Really? Last time you guys rescheduled on me, on a day that was actually cloudy and rainy I tried calling several times with no answer before someone called me to inform me. I figured since no one called today, and it's nice outside, that we were set."
"No. We don't have to call you. That was a courtesy last time, but we don't have to do that if we don't want to."

And that was it. No, "I'm so sorry, let's see what we can do to get you rescheduled." Just a blankstare. I asked for her manager.

"The manager will tell you the same thing."
"That's ok, I'd still like to speak to him."

She walked down to the end of the counter and started speaking to another smug teenaged girl (either Emily or Caroline, obviously angry at the world). They stood there talking about me- IN FRONT OF ME- loud enough that I could hear them.

"This guy is pissed because his jump was cancelled. No, he didn't call ahead. Blah blah blah"

I walked down there to speak to them. "No, I'm not upset that the jump was cancelled. I'm upset that nobody called me and now I'm being treated as though I'm the one who has done something wrong."
"It's YOUR responsibility to call. We don't have time to call, our phones are ringing off the hook."

I looked around. Other than the family of 4, there was no one there but us. No phones had rung since I'd been there.

"Apparently," I said. "It sounds like you are really busy."
"Well, the phone doesn't ring ALL the time."
"Here's a tip, when the phone ISN'T ringing, that's where you make time to call people to give them a heads up- hey, don't spend an hour in the car driving up here because we won't be able to help you today."

Still, blank stares. Not one offer to reschedule me or do ANYTHING. I finally asked:

"Can I reschedule for later today?"
"We're all booked. If you had called us earlier, we could have gotten you in."
"Can I get a refund?"
"There are no refunds."
"Again, why did no one call me this morning?"
"That's not our job."
"So what IS your job?"
"To take you skydiving."
"So let's go!"
"You can go. If you make a reservation when the weather is nice. YOU are the one who wanted to skydive in October in Seattle. YOU should have known better."

She said that. Word for word. One of the girls finally gave me the manager's name (Tyson Harvey), and rest assured, I will be calling every day until I am refunded.

Emily and Caroline, I hope you someday outgrow your awkward years so you can stop taking out your teenage angst on customers.

I had a great tandem experience at Skydive Snohomish. From the moment I arrived at the drop zone to the end of the skydive all staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and so welcoming. The plane ride was fast, the views were beautiful, the skydive was fun, and Jordan was a good tandem master.

In the past 4 years I have visited 8 different drop zones looking for the perfect drop zone and I think I've finally found it. During my travels I have discovered that a lot of drop zones are tandem factories and do not like any licensed skydivers to jump at their drop zone. This detail has left me wondering if there was any point in taking the solo course and getting licensed. I'm really excited that Skydive Snohomish not only offers the solo course but encourages people to take the solo course. In the near future I will rearrange my work schedule and drive from Vancouver Canada to visit Skydive Snohomish again. Thank you all and see you soon!!!

After many months of talking about skydiving, my 18-tear-old son and I finally signed up at Skydive Snohomish at Harvey field.

From the minute we walked in the door, we were greeted by friendly staff whom walked us through the paper work and got us ready to watch the instructional video before our dive. Zach, a trained skydiver, met with us to answer any of our questions and reviewed the procedures of the dive. We then headed outside to suit up.

My son and I were diving tandem and my diving instructor was Vladimir. Vladimir came over, introduced himself to me and the other family members who came to watch me take my first skydive. Throughout the whole process, Vladimir talked me through everything that was going to happen and what to expect so that the dive ended up being the best experience I could have.

Skydive Snohomish listens to their customers and customs the dive to be the experience you want it to be. I cannot recommend them enough.
Thank you!!!

My boyfriend told me that he was signing up to go skydiving, and at first, all I could do was tell him off for being insane. But after a few days, I told him I wanted to do it as well! I called up Skydive Snohomish to ask about their safety record, and they assured me that they have a perfect student safety record, whew! From the moment I entered Skydive Snohomish, I felt very safe. They walked me through what to expect during my skydiving experience and I could see that their #1 priority is safety. My instructor, Kelly, has done over 5,000 skydives without an incidents, and he definitely helped to make me feel like skydiving is fun (and not terrifying). However, by far the scariest part was crawling up to the open airplane door after watching the people in front of me jump out. But after getting over that, the freefall was amazing!! After the freefall, Kelly, asked me how it was. I said, "I loved it, but I'm never going to do this again!" Kelly replied, "Just wait until you see the video." I saw the video, and I definitely want to do it again now! I even looked up how to become a licensed skydiver through the student program at Skydive Snohomish. Kelly will definitely see my slightly less terrified face at least one more time!

Thank you all so much for giving our girl??s weekend an Amazing finale. A special thanks to Gui my instructor and partner in the sky. From the second I met Gui, he really helped me feel at ease and gave me the confidence I needed for my first jump. Thanks for giving me a 3-2-1 count before pulling the parachute cord. It was exactly what I needed. I enjoyed every second of the fall. Everyone must go for the higher altitude! You??ll totally regret it if you don??t. Everyone on staff was equally great. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and part of the family. It's a memory that won't soon be forgotten and an experience I can't wait to repeat! I??ve been telling all my friends and family they must experience the ultimate freedom of skydiving. I have never been an adrenaline junkie, in fact often too scared for large roller coasters. But after completing my first jump this weekend I am confident anyone can do it, everyone will enjoy it, and nobody will forget it!

I went skydiving with Skydive Snohomish on Sunday August 15th.

It was AMAZING, I have such a great time, we were not waiting around too long, got trained up, geared up and then got out there. The people we were jumping with were really cool and were good fun to go up with. The jump was without a doubt the most exhilarating and exciting thing I have ever done and I am definitely going to be doing it again. In fact, not only that but I am looking into the Skydive Snohomish skydive licensing plan.

I took my extremely paranoid girlfriend who was thinking everything she did on Saturday and Sunday was ??her last??. Although myself and the our jumpers teased here a little on the way up they also went to extra effort to make sure she felt as safe as possible. She loved it too and is also looking into the training at Skydive Snohomish to be a licensed jumper.

Thanks for a great time and I will probably see you again soon.

Sky-Dive Snohomish Rocks!

I wanted to write to rave about my experience last Friday the 13th! I loved it! I went sky-diving 10 years ago for my 21st birthday in eastern Washington and had a great time. About 5 or 6 years ago I learned about Sky-Dive Snohomish when I would drive up Highway 9 to go hiking and saw the parachutes coming down. Ever since learning about it I've wanted to jump and finally got around to visiting for a friends 30th birthday. My instructor Todd was so laid back, easy going and I loved how he and my friends instructor joked around and helped us to enjoy ourselves. I could not imagine a more scenic plane ride up - or for that matter more spectacular views on the flight down! Growing up on Whidbey Island and now living in Seattle and enjoying the great outdoors has given me such an appreciation for the Pacific Northwest and I loved the amazing views we saw throughout the entire experience.

The informational video simplified the experience - I would think anyone jumping for their first time would be put at ease by the staff, emphasis on safety, and professionism of the instructors. How could anyone not meet the number one rule of "Have Fun and Smile!?"

I look forward to my next jump at Sky-Dive Snohmish. All my friends can see from pictures of my ear-to-ear grin that I had a great time and I love telling people about it too!

Thank you for a great jump on Friday the 13th! I look forward to jumping out of a perfectly good airplane again in the future with Sky-Dive Snohomish!

Hi my name is Steve and this is my testimonial.

I went skydiving on aug. 15th, 2009 for my friends bachelor party. It was all of our first time at doing this and was psyched to do this! The weather was great, and my instructor was more than I could ask for. His name was Kelly. He made everything seem like was going to be ok and that I would have a blast. Needless to say...I had SO MUCH FUN! This is an experience that a person will never have unless they try it. I am planning to set up a group jump with my friends and family this upcoming summer because I enjoyed it so much. With the 13,000 jump, i purchased a t-shirt and video for $90 as well. And it was well worth it. I totally recommend getting this on anyones first jump to have the memories and to share with all your friends. I've already shown my family and friends. We all had a great time laughing and watching the video. Kelly did a wonderful job taping my whole day there from beginning to end. He had a very positive attitude, always smiled, and even put some of my friends on camera too. I cant wait to go this summer again.

So my skydiving experience was on April 19, 2009.

My jump was with Jordan, who was awesome! He made me feel at ease, kept me pumped up and excited the whole time. During the jump he kept reminding me to have fun. He showed me the amazing time. So thanks Jordan!!!

So the reason I wanted to jump was for multiple reasons. First I originally decided when I was 24 I had a number of goals I was going to do by the time I was 30. The very last thing on the list was skydiving.

I made this list the year I got my divorce. While I was married I lost who I used to be. I was an adrenaline junky! Never afraid to try anything. I did everything from cliff diving to base jumping, to local drag racing. He wanted me to be the soft spoken quiet mom and wife. Which I never was but that??s who I became. I missed that part of me, the one who was never afraid to push the limits or try something new even if I was a little bit scared. So on my 24th birthday I made a list of 30 things I must do before I turn 30. Last year I started to put money in a jar I got made that had skydiving 30th birthday painted on it. I am a single mom so things can get tight so no matter what I was going to have the money for this experience!

So this jump was not just about the adrenaline rush, but it was a way for me to end one part of my life and start on the next adventure of my 30??s. I can honestly not think of any other way I would have wanted to spend it. By doing this it has changed my thoughts on so many things. It made me get over little fears and will always remind me that I jumped from a plane, I can take on any of the little things that life has for me.

During this jump I experienced a rush like no other. The feeling of accomplishment, drive, fear and the pure rush of how life should really be. This is an experience I would want for anyone! I believe everyone should feel this way all the time.

While we were on the plane I saw everything from the Seattle skyline to all the mountains from Mt Rainier to Mt Hood. This to me was so mesmerizing. The feeling of freefalling makes your stomach drop and your mind become so clear. You are able to see for miles all around. Then Jordan stopped us midair and you finally get this overwhelming feeling that is so mind blowing you can??t even express it in words. My only regret was not having a still shot camera up there.

I loved it so much I am putting together a group from work to go. Lots of people got hooked by watching my video. So thank you for one of the most amazing birthdays I have ever had!! I will recommend you guys to everyone I know!!

Thanks again for this opportunity to fulfill my final 20some goal!!

That was one of the most amazing things I've ever done and I can't wait to go again! I went on June 27, and after watching their training video a felt a lot more at ease about taking the jump since all of their staff had been so well trained and qualified. My instructor, Aimee, made the experience awesome. She was so enthusiastic about skydiving that you could tell she loved this job.

Once we got into the plane and we climbed to 13,000 feet, I felt a little nervous. When the door opened I just pushed on forward and we moved over to the edge and jumped. You could see for so far and spinning around was amazing. Once the chute was opened and we started floating back down we did some fun circles until finally landed.

I would recommend skydiving to everyone because it??s such an experience and I can??t wait to go again!

Months ago, my cousin decided she wanted to 'jump' into her "30's" by jumping from a perfectly good plane and skydive! As crazy as it sounded, we agreed thinking she would back out, but as the day approached we put our deposit down instead. The countdown had begun and this began a reality of doing one of the items on my "bucket list" that I never had enough gumption in my self to do alone. At the one week to go mark, my Dad went to the VA hospital... my life was changing and I had no control. Instead of backing out, I continued out to the field knowing that just the day before, my Dad had been diagnosed with Guillain-Barre syndrome, a complication from Agent Orange. As I walked towards the building, I decided that this was one of those moments that will define life as I know it. Am I living my life to the fullest or am I just dealing with the stress and merely existing? Obeying rule #1- Have fun! We were suited and loaded on the plane, Matan my instructor, and the entire crew made me feal very safe. They were so calm, reassuring and supportive. All of my stress started to crack, I was obeying rule #1 Then Matan and I left the plane!! What a rush as we flew thru the wind I left the stress in the sky, the world was off of my shoulders, and I was free!! I am glad I got the video so I can relive, and remember to keep that special sparkle in my eye and enjoy everything life has to offer. Dropping out of the plane at 13,000 ft, it changed my perspective. Perspective to see how big the world is, and how little my problems are. Perspective to change the negative in my life to a positive, that life is already too short - so obey rule #1 and HAVE FUN!! Thanks again to everybody at Snohomish Skydive! Everyone from Janelle helping us secure our reservations and video, Matan and the expert crew of dive instructors that eased our fears to Leslie with the super cool video.... You all do an amazing job and pull off an orchestrated ballet with perfection and ease effortlessly!! The entire birthday party had a amazing and jaw-droping time! Thanks Again- Kim

I am excited with the sky diving experience at this place. Those who love heights, should certainly pay a visit. The price (200$ for one session) is also reasonable compared to other available places in USA

It was really easy to find, the staff is amazing! They warn you about a long wait, and they aren?t joking. We waited a good 2 hours before we jumped. The good thing though, is that the staff is super nice and very outgoing so the wait is fun and it just builds the anticipation.
The video is a little expensive, but so worth it. This was the best experience of my life.
