This review is regarding Sprint services in general, as well as service we have received from this Lynnwood location. If they don't change and improve their customer service skills, I really don't think Sprint will be around for much longer. We got a family plan almost 2 years ago and we all got the Rant phone. BAD CHOICE!! I have never had so many problems with a phone before. All 3 of our phones have so many problems consistently that I don't have time to list them. We just got my daughters phone replaced 3 weeks ago and after the 1st week of having it, it was already having issues. Internet not working, strange messages, texts not coming thru...so I called and they said "" you can only get a different phone if this one has been replaced THREE times within a 6 month time period."" Really? It has to come to that before any kind of customer service kicks in. My phone has issues too and been replaced before, but now that it ""appears"" to have corrosion on the battery...they won't replace it at all. Even though there were problems before this corrosion. We will NOT be renewing a contract with Sprint.

My experience of this store is very negative. The manager of this store is very rude and not very skilled at customer service. They are very unhelpful here and I went back twice for a replacement phone and got no help whatsoever, both times they told me to just call or go online to get my phone. Don't waste your time visiting this location, trust me, they most likely can't help you with anything.

I purchased a phone and it turned out to be defective. I went into this store and told the manager just exactly what was wrong and he insisted that I take it to another Sprint faciiity as this particular locaton did not have technicians qualified to effectively test out my phone. They are not a Corporate store. So, rather than trust that I was telling the truth about what was wrong with my phone (what was wrong with it did not happen when he tried it) I did say that what was wrong with it, was sporatic...he sent me to a Corporate store. I had to travel 30 minutes in heavy traffic and then wait 45 minutes to see a technician...the technician confirmed that the phone was defective.....I then traveled another half hour to the first store. Then I told the manager that it was confirmed that the phone was indeed defective and presented the card of the technician to verify the phone was faulty.....he then refused to switch out my phone that was by the way still under warranty because I did not keep the box!!!!! I was fumming. I went home and called Sprint (and by the way...it was cutting in and out so bad the Sprint operator could hardly understand me)and they told me that all he had to do was use the box of the new phone and print out a new label. Sprint told me to go to another store and I went back to the Corporate store and they ordered me a new phone!!! This whole ordeal should have taken about 15 minutes and it took more than 4 hours. Do not go to this location. It is not a fair representation of Sprint an it is NOT a Sprint Corporate store.
