I had this big party planned and every thing was going great. My brother came with the bad news All the drains where backed up. It was 10.00 pm on a Sat. and I was about to have a braek down the door bell rang and this guy said he was from Bob Oates Sewer and Drain and he came to fixed the problem it was 10.35 pm. It was told to me later that one of my guess knew of this service and just called. The problem was solved and the party was great. I am ever greatful MIKE H New youk City

When the monsoon rains came thru earlier this year the back end of our print shop was flooding due to a clogged scupper and sewer line. Bob's team came to our rescue, the line was cleared and we have not experienced any further water problems. We are happy to refer anyone with plumbing issues to Bob Oates!

I know Bob Oates as a resource provider rather than as a customer, but I have frequently observed him in action with his employees and customers. He is a second generation plumber and has learned everything his father had to teach him and added his own talents and drive to the mix. If I ever had an issue with my plumbing or had an occasion to recommend a plumber to anyone, Bob Oates would be my choice--hands down! Good work! They were able to work us into the schedule right away, were very nice about my kid's explorations with toys and the potty, and got the job done efficiently. Went through the steps of seeing if we could get the obstructions out without taking the toilet apart...had to pull them apart to get the toys out.
