I've only eat at Buddha once and ordered their spicy Mongolian Beef (spicy for sure) but I can't speak for the rest of their menu. If everything else is as good their Mongolian Beef....I give this place 2 thumbs up!!!

I spend most of my time at Buddha for their retro night on weekends. Saturday Night with DJ Mad Dog Tannen. I believe he spins with Trent Von at another venue somewhere in Seattle? Anyway, I'm picking about 80's nights but I can honestly say this is one of the best in town!

I like this place because of the casual atmosphere. It's not too sceeny, just a nice mix of friendly people and in a great spot in Belltown. 2nd Ave caters more to Seattle locals and is much different from the wild, preppy 1st Ave crowd. The crowd varies in age. I'd say ages are between 21 and 31 is pretty much the average. They have a late night happy hour with super cheap drinks. I think the happy hour goes till midnight.

The only thing I don't like about this place is the restrooms. Seriously, Buddha needs to get more restrooms as this place only has 2 unisex restrooms so sometimes there is a line.

I recommend checking out this place. 4/5 stars.

Pros: A lot of Seattle locals. Good, upbeat weekend bar crowd

Cons: This place needs more restrooms.
