Details On The Go

I took my car for detail work in July 2009. The owner shorted out the alternator while steam cleaning the car. It cost $659 for towing and to replace the alternator. He did not leave the engine running or dry off the electrical connections before starting the engine. He has refused to pay for the damage and has lied to the Better Business Bureau and to Angie's List in response to the complaints I made. The other detail work was only mediocre.

I ride the Sounder to work. I discovered that Details on the Go was located right by the train station. I dropped my car off in the morning and when I got back in the afternoon my car was in the parking lot looking great. They really seem to take care in the small details like cleaning the inside of the air vents, most places don't do that. I usually drop my car off every other week and am always pleased with the results.
