The entire USAG competitive team, and a coach, quit after the 2008 season. The owner runs an unsafe gym and has business ethics issues. She does not do well with anyone above level 3 and is not interested in parents (i.e. paying customers) questions. She tries to intimidate those at her gym into believing that she knows it all. She doesn't and her retorts that everybody does it are empty.
