A more appropriate name for LandMark Motors of Bellevue would be LandSHARK Motors! Now lets get real here, I have done a few car dealscar dealsyes, I know a car deal salesmanyou go in, play the game, negotiate the deal in hopes of both parties walking away satisfied. They take your money you get the car. Wala...Ha! Not with this dealio. So, I go in interested in a BMWliked the car minus the dent in the trunk, scratches on the bumperand lets just say they listed the car as surgically clean and that was not the car that I test drove.barely vacuumedlooks like they took a hand held dustbuster and ran it over a few times to call it goodanyhow, thats just the little stuff right? So we negotiated and came to an agreement, price of the car..set and the amount they were willing to take on my trade in. So, still being a little more than I wanted to spend, I decided to take a few days to think about it as any good negotiating car buyer would, (a wise man told me once, you have to be willing to walk away from the deal). Two days went by, they still had the car, I was still in the market, so I decided to take their dealcalled in, spoke with a different salesman (as the one I dealt with was off that day) explained the previous deal to him, encouraged him to contact the salesman we had dealt with originally to get the details.so he didnt do this.. and after talking with the manager.they now suddenly wanted to give $500.00 less on my trade-in...mind youit had been two days people.so asked if they would honor their original dealafter much back and forthand apparently the two owners fighting about the difference of the $500.00 (apparently they dont see eye to eye and integrity is only important to I think one of them.not too sure though) so, eventually they said ok, will give you the original dealoriginal price for the car and original price on the trade..so good right? No againafter approval of creditdeal donejust have to go in and sign and drive.they decided that my trade now suddenly worth yes you guessed it $500.00 lessfrom the time it took to drive from my house to the dealer..stating the brakes were shot Now if they were, I would have been like sure, oklets be fair.and would have taken less for my tradebut the fact is...is that my brakes on my trade were in excellent shape! Nothing was wrong with the ABSmy brake rotor pads were 10mm in the front and 3mm in the back INSPECTED BY LES SCHWAB that day! They did a complete brake inspection on my car and NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE BREAKS. It was just a LAST DITCH, SHADY, SLIMY SALES TACTIC TO SQEEZE OUT THAT $500.00 AT THE END AT ANY COSTULTIMALTY THE DEAL. Because of owner egos, lack of communication among sales staff, and well.flat out GreedI walked away from the deal.I refuse to do business with people who dont hold up their word, have no integrity, and dont care about their customer or reputationsojust beware that they dont do what they say they will do and they will try and squeeze any little bit out of youthey lost a 36,500 car deal over $500.00 and a good customer

We purchased an '07 Acura TL from Frank at Landmark motors over the internet. The vehicle was described as pristine and a totally clean history. Upon delivery we noticed gaps in the body paneling and other indications of a collision. After multiple visits to mechanics shops (we live in rural area) it was discovered the vehicle: was in a major collision; had been repaired with wood screws and aftermarket parts; one of the wheels/rims had been split in the collision and was welded back together; paint on whole front end began pealing. In several conversations with Frank he told us he didn't care the wheel was welded, despite warnings from all mechanics this put our lives at risk. We are initiating a lawsuit against Landmark at this time. This is one of the most unethical businesses we've observed in fifty plus years of owning homes, cars, boats etc. Would strongly, strongly caution anyone from doing business with Landmark Motors.

I was casually in the market for a particular vehicle and visited Landmark to check out a certain option and see if it was worth the money. As it turned out, the vehicle that I had been looking at on their website for a while was exactly what I wanted. I didn't go in to buy, just research, but Landmark never pressured me at all. They just gave me the facts. When I left that night, I had an offer in hand that was a fair price for the vehicle and a more than fair price for my trade in. Over the next few days I researched comparable vehicles and book values. Both confirmed that the vehicle price was fair to more than fair and the trade in value they offered on my truck was excellent. In a nutshell, I didn't have to do any positional or tactical negotiating because Landmark gave me a great offer from the get-go. A few days later, when my wife mentioned she wanted to test drive the vehicle, we headed back and were treated with the same no-pressure courtesy. The financing process was completely painless and they gave us plenty of time to discuss everything privately at every point. One of the things I noticed about Landmark is that they only take in good cars. If you look at their inventory and check out the Car Faxes, all the cars on the lot are gems. We had a pre-purchase inspection done on our vehicle by a very reputable shop (Signature BMW) and the verdict was the car is in near-perfect condition (mechanically and functionally perfect, with a couple very minor dings that I'd already noticed and Landmark was up front about). If you go and look at cars at Landmark, you can be confident that they've been pre-vetted for you. The after-sale service was just as great. We had questions about some accessories and our salesperson was very responsive, researching extensively and trying to get us the best price he could even if it didn't mean buying through him. I also met both of the owners, and both were less concerned with selling the car and more concerned with making sure that I was a happy customer. It seems like this dealership is committed to establishing a word-of-mouth reputation for quality and service. Bottom line: We absolutely love the vehicle, sales staff, and service, felt we got a great deal, and would highly recommend Landmark to our closest friends and relatives.

Not enough people take the time to say thanks and good job. In my business you never here from people unless they are unhappy or disappointed. I need to take a moment to say thank you to the staff at Landmark Motors. I walked into this amazing huge showroom and saw so many awesome cars. They were all amazing clean and well represented. The Sales Person, Frank was fantastic. He showed me all of the cars I was interested in. He was upfront, strait forward and really listened to my wants and concerns. I drove out of there in less than 1 1/2hrs with the Audi I have always wanted to treat myself with. After working with Phil in the Finance office he got me an interest rate with a Credit union .75% less than my Credit union. The whole experience was way above my expectations. I worked with Frank and later found out that he was one of the Owners of the Company. Very humble and nice man.

I have been looking for about 3 weeks for a fun car. I have shopped with many local independent specialty dealers. The boys and Landmark Motors were World Class! I walked in and said I wanted to look around. I was greated by 3 of the staff all wanted to make sure I was good. Not in my face or trying to see if I was going to "BUY TODAY" When I told other dealerships I was just looking around, no one came back to help me and treated me like If I was not there to buy they did not have time for me. A very pleasent Salesperson started asking me questions of what I was looking for and what was important to me. After hearing me out he brought me to the perfect car in there awesome showroom. It was everything I was looking for. I took it for a test drive and loved it. I got $500.00 more for my trade in than I expected and they incouraged me to have it inspected by my own mechanic. I had it checked out and it was everything they said. I would recomend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.

I bought a 2008 BMW Z4 from these guys in Dec 2008. Based on the previous comments, I was very skeptical about the car. I put the car through it's paces and also had it inspected at BMW Bellevue. The car checked out great, was in fabulous condition, stored indoors, great service, quick with the loan and off we went into the sunset with our car!!!

I have bought three cars at Landmark Motors since summer, 2005. I still own two of the three as I traded one back in (A Mercedes S-Class for a Lexus LS). Two of my four immediate neighbors (Audi Avant, Mercedes C-Class), one close friend (BMW 3 series) and a co-worker (Infiniti G35) have bought cars at Landmark Motors in the last three years and all still own the cars and have been happy with the purchase and the prices they paid.

I like stopping by from time-to-time just to look at the cars they have in their showroom and, I can tell that there are a lot of other folks who like to do the same. As the place is usually busy with lookers and buyers. They have a seriously great inventory even though it is small by the usual dealership standards.

One thing that stands out: the staff is largely the same as it was in 2005 when I first bought there and that is usually a good sign.

The last time I stopped by, I mentioned the one bad review here (that has been cut and pasted all over the web by this same guy) and was told that the guy bought the car and then drove it 6000 miles and had a problem (in California) and tried to pin it on Landmark. That's ridiculous in my view as NO dealership I've ever heard of will let someone return a used car after 6000 miles.

I've bought two cars from this dealer. I WARN YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The first car i bought from these people I bought a 04 BMW 330i from them. All the paper work went fast and normal like it should. The first morning I had it the sunroof broke. then i took it to a BMW certified mechanics shop because the car was making funny noises. the front right tire bearing needed to be replaced! about a $6,000 in repairs that needed to be fixed on it. thats only the half of this insult of a company. Then i took it back, I said, this car has issues, I need a car that has no issues. Then The guy puts me in a 04 BMW 545i. I said, Whats wrong with this one? He goes, "Nothing. its clean." it looked clean, like it had just been threw the paint shop and had new rims put on it. as we were doing the paper work, im thinking, maybe i should get one of these other 545i thats about 5,000 dollars more. and he goes, "no no, you want this one." i said, "ok", being there such a "honorable and legit" company and all. THE FIRST THING I DID WITH THIS CAR WAS I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH A CERTIFIED BMW SPECIALIST TO LOOK AT IT. as I waited for my one week out appointment with them. I was invited to go on a road trip to oregon and back. roughly 1,000 miles. I didnt do any speeding or anything along the lines of recklessness in the car because this was my new awesome baby 545i i had just bought, plus i was following a honda pilot that was towing a camper full of children. as im on the trip, i start noticings that the motor started acting up. the first time i heard this my heart dropped to the floor, those "honorable legit" guys just sold me another lemon right out from under me. and it gets alot worse. I went to the bmw shop to get it loooked at, there was 10,000 dollars worth of repairs that needed immediate attention. so i take it straight back to these guy, they tell me to use my warranty, and then after im gone, i find out my car warranty doesnt cover preicsisting problems. so i try to take it back again, and the manager hasselbulk, ha, this mans an insult! tells me to stick it up my a**hole. this man scammed me out of 36,000$ plus the 5,000 i lost on my trade in on the 330I. not only did he do all this. he never installed my 1,000 dollar lojack system. he never cancelled my first warranty that was worth 2,500$. and over the next couple of weeks, the car was becoming extremely emotional. The tires went flat, the engine was "hickuping", the battery died, my key remote died. increased emission warning signs poped up, service engine soon light cam on. every warning sign that the darn car had turned on. I even went threw the BBB! mr haselbulk has yet to refund me of all my money, and he doesnt plan on it either, this man has horrible business skills, and the company down right will steal your money, they dont care, this company should have there license REVOLKED IMMEDIATELY!.
