The salon was clean and professional when we went. Our only complaint was the price. They need to offer more visits with packages to encourage people to come back otherwise people will go elsewhere.

I have tanned there for alittle over a year and while most of the staff are nice, they are high pressure sales and they are expensive. I have tried all the beds the standard beds are no different than any other salons standard beds "just ok" the thing is they are filthy!!! Hair and dust and god knows what else under the acrylics just disgusting and its not just alittled its ALOT of it. GROSS! The medium beds are nice and large, you get pretty good color but are way over priced!!!! The "Super" as they call it is nice it gets really warm but they have good fans and even a mister "very nice" but again way over priced. The owners are hardly ever there to supervise the employees and they are young so there is alot of unprofessionalism, but the few times I have seen the owner, she wasn't very nice to the customers and was very unfriendly. In a nut shell if you want to get a quick tan the "Super" bed is good but be prepared to shell out way over $250 for not very many tans, there are other salons less expensive with decent beds, better pricing, and cleaner. For standard beds not worth it here....I can name at least 5 other salons with the same beds and at half the price.

I went to Desert Tan to get a nice base before I left on my honeymoon. What an experience that was. Pushy sales people forever trying you to buy lotions and packages. For the most part their beds are OK..but they look like everyone else in the area tho a few Solon's have newer that I visited before I decided on Desert Tan.
I think the worst part going to tan was while waiting to sign in you got to hear a few of the gals gossip about the others and use foul language in earshot of the customers. Not a good way to run a business in my opinion. I will find another place to tan where they treat the customer better.
