I currently live here, and I cannot wait until my lease is up. I was attracted to this apartment complex because of the price, the shopping within walking distance, and the misleading online adverts.\n\nThe reputation is destroyed by a few dozen of the tenants. I constantly hear loud music outside my apartment at all hours of the night, and I have been woken up many times by noisy neighbors. Children run about screaming and intimidating tenants, with no parents in sight (it sounds like I am exaggerating, but today I saw a group of children stumbling around the parking lot screaming their heads off, and another set of children trying to run people down with a shopping cart). Many complaints to the office staff have not resolved any of the issues presented, even though I have made numerous complaints.\n\nThe office staff seem like a group of lunatics hired on a whim, and are completely unprofessional. Their demeanor can be misleading at first, wooing people over with their cookies and low rent. Boo. Suddenly, after move in, they change their demeanor. Every encounter is off putting, and they are rude and useless at getting anything done. Every time I go into the office, they are making one of their many, many misleading craigslist ads (the pictures are not of the apartments themselves, but of the office area, and strangely enough, they included some images of the property next door, which they don't own). \n\nThe apartment themselves are quite inviting, and well laid out. The carpets were new (at least in the apartment I moved in to). The washers and dryers in the units are a nice touch, especially considering the cost of laundromats in the area can reach 25 dollars per trip.\n\nRecently, there was an event involving a police/swat standoff in the apartment complex, which started at three in the morning and lasted until well after eight. There are far too many visits from the police at this residence. If the staff simply responded to the complaints made about unruly tenants, instead of making half hearted attempts at appeasing unhappy tenants until they leave, would help this sort of situation dramatically. I do not feel safe in these apartments, and I feel that the office staff is less concerned for my safety, and more concerned about attracting future tenants with slyly written internet adverts.\n\nThis is not a place to live. This is a place for the filth to waste away without any regard to their neighbors, the property around them, or themselves. This includes the worthless staff. And I'm stuck here for a year long lease. Pray for me.

This place is incredibly disgusting, mostly due to the tenants. They are new buildings, only about 3 years old, but people have trashed and thrashed them. The complex management has to pick up trash daily to keep up with all that is tossed on the ground, and dog feces is everywhere. \n\nThe worst thing by far has been the late night wake-ups by neighbors yelling, screaming, and fighting. Parties bust up at all hours of the morning, and the way the apartment is constructed every noise is amplified so just a regular toned conversation is heard clearly as if it were right outside your window. The cops have been called here 4 times this week. The next door neighbor got hopped up on pills and crawled through his crawl space and fell through his ceiling onto his balcony, then rode off in his car. Freaky stuff happens like this all the time. Our lease is up in a month, and we could not get out of here soon enough. I feel it's my duty to let others know how awful this place is. Don't be fooled by the pleasant apartment management. I don't believe they can do much about this problem anyway. I think this is the tenant's issue, where they take no responsibility or care for their homes. \nDont move here. You'll be glad you didn't when you hear about things on the news.
