A long term customer of Fox Plumbing and I continue to be exceptionally please with their service. Congenial professionals whose only purpose is to please their customers with cost-effective solutions to the customer's needs. Of equal importance is the willingness of Fox to provide a reasonable guarantee on their work. I will continue to depend on Fox Plumbing and Heating for future needs and recommend them to family and friends.

I thought my side sewer line was clogged with roots and called Fox Plumbing. Wrong! I had a collapsed line! Brian, Jesse, Clinton and Jose were great. Brian and Jesse kept me informed every step of the way and answered all of my questions. They were considerate and thoughtful. They also coordinated with my neighbors and answered their questions. I would call them again for any plumbing problem. I will also recommend them to friends who need prompt, courteous and professional plumbers.

No sooner did I call Fox Service for help and I got an apptmt at my convenience. I asked for Chad again, because I was very impressed with the work he did on my tub/shower last year.
This time it wa smy toilet and supply line. Chad arrived promtly, was courteous as before and got the job done in a timely manner. He explained what needed to be done and what parts were needed.
He cleaned up after himself, and I was happy that this headache was resolved.
I can whole heartedly recommend Fox Plumbing to anyone!

Marcus and Mike B. did a great job fixing a leak in a pipe under our kitchen sink that was creating a stinky pool of dirty water. They were friendly and efficient.

We had Fox Plumbing and Heating come in to replace another toilet in our house in another bathroom they had recently given a recommendation on.

First, they recommended a low cost and very good toilet and installed it unless than 90 minutes.

They were in and out and my wallet was still intact! You can't go wrong using Fox and the best thing about it is that they don't seem to forget their customers, especially those they have serviced before!

Fox Plumbing actually had a warm, friendly, live lady person who answered my phone call, instead of a cold, hard, mechanical, unfeeling message machine.

The plumber came out the same day, and replaced the weakest flush in America, with a strong, manly, get er dun one, that allowed me to retire my plunger for life, without fear.

(This was because of a new toilet configuration that uses the same amount of water more effectively.)

So here's to Fox Plumbers, as Garth Brooks would say, "my friends in low places".

Will and Jesse were our crew for a sewer line replacement. They were very timely and always courteous. They thoroughly explained every aspect of the project as they went. Plus they were great with our very curious boys.

This was the third time we had Fox work on our pipes. I would not hesitate to call them in the future.

I do most things myself but plumbing isn't one of them. So when it came time to replace the tub/shower fixtures we settled on Fox Plumbing and they did not dissapoint.

We were able to get a plumber out in the time frame we needed and while they probably aren't the least expensive per hour he got the job done quickly and cleanly. We would definitely use Fox again.

I have used Fox Plumbing several times now and been happy with the results. These have included adding plumbing for a bathroom remodel to a leak in the laudry room.

We've used Fox Plumbing a couple of times in the past. Our latest problem was improperly installed Kitchen drains. Mike from Fox was prompt - less than 4 hours from our call and was on time. He finished the job quickly and solved the problems. Their price was fair. We'll use them again if we ever need such and you should too.

I needed to get a gas line moved as part of a renovation, on a very tight timeline. Fox Plumbing was able to fit me the same day and did a speedy and excellent job! This was the second visit by, John P. He knows what he's doing and has a great sense of humor to boot!! Great guy!

John did a great job - came in, diagnosed the problem, showed me what it was and what it would take to fix it, pointed out two improvements that would make future maintenance and repairs easier (but didn't try to sell either, just gave me the information and let me decide what I wanted done) and did it all respectfully and with a sense of humor.

The missing fifth star is not because of the cost, quality, or time it took to get the work done. Cost was within reason, quality was excellent, and John got it done in a bit less time than he estimated it would take. That missing fifth star is because I did not receive the promised confirmation call 1/2 before my appointment, and John was about 10 minutes late (my call was his first of the day). Call it an A- instead of an A.

John just came and replaced my toilet, fixed some sink issues, and quickly installed 3 bidets. All in under two hours. I was hoping for the best because this was my first time having to call a plumbing service for my 7 year old home. I was definitely not disappointed. I'll be using Fox plumbing for any future plumbing issues. Hopefully, not for awhile though. Thank John!

Fox plumbing and heating had our job completed within 24 hours of making a phone call!
We needed to quickly replace an old section of our water pipe from the house to the meter , as our stairs were being redone by another contractor.
Mike worked hard at digging a trench while always keeping a smile on his face. He wore his shoe covers whenever entering the house and was knowledgeable about all of our plumbing issues.
We will not hesitate calling him back for any future jobs.

We just had an issue with our water line, and Fox Plumbing did a great job of getting our water service restored. Not only did Mike get our water service restored quickly, he was able to make a permanent repair (as opposed to replacing the water line like we had been told from someone else) that has water flowing to our house at a pressure level that is the best we've had in the 15 years we've lived here.

Should we have future problems, Fox Plumbing will be our first call!

What we like best about Fox services is that their plumbers are polite, open-minded and considerate about the customer's needs without increasing client cost.

We needed a toilet replaced and the plumber gave us an option of purchasing a Good, Better, Best toilet and how each would work according to the frequency of use. The plumber really helped us decide the best option for us and we are very happy with it. And the cost was less than we had anticipated!

We had Marcus out today to fix a pipe issue he had brought to our attention last time. And just like last time he was awesome!! And it didn't cost as much as I had anticipated. The price was within the estimate, how often does that happen?. We were both concerned I wasn't going to be able to leave for work on time but he finished with time to spare.I got to work 8 minutes early. So once again I will definately use fox plumbing again, just hopefully not too soon, lol. p.s. not sure why it's showing june as the date

We had a pipe burst under our porch on Thanksgiving day. We called Fox after no calls back from other plumbers. They could not come right away, as this was happening all over the city, but they made an exception when they realized that our house is so old that there is no shut off valve. They fixed the problem very promptly and we were able to go to dinner.
We had them back later to replace a leaking toilet. Their service can't be beat! Both times, they were friendly, careful not to mess up the house and great with my little boy. John and Adrian rock!

We've used Fox plumbing services for about seven years. I highly recommend. Marcus came out today to fix our kitchen faucet. He was very professional and the service was done quickly. He also gave good advice.

One would think that repairing a dripping faucet would be a simple matter. However when the needed part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and the replacement part the manufacturer sent me was not readily compatible, the Fox plumber (Marcus) made extraordinary efforts to get the information he needed to make the repair. He also reseated the faucet at no charge and we now have a stable kitchen faucet for the first time since we have owned the house. Despite the extra efforts, the cost was very reasonable. Overall, we are quite pleased with the service we got from Fox Plumbing and Heating.

As director of Seattle Executives Assn I always go first to my members when I am looking for services. Fox Plumbing has been a member for many years but I hadn't used their services. In hearing David Brown and Ted Candy talk about the quality of this company I decided to call them to take care of a couple of irritating plumbing issues at my home. I called on Thursday and John Peterson arrived Friday morning. As it turned out my leaking exterior faucet needed to be replaced and it was quite complex to fix. He was very thorough in explaining what was done and why.

Their Angie's list rating convinced me to call Fox to unclog my drain line. The tech arrived at the beginning of the 2hr arrival window. Marcus was friendly and professional, and understood exactly what the problem was--after 17 years of plumbing, he should! The problem was solved within an hour, and he left behind great maintenance advice. He also cleaned up completely. As he said when he left, "Don't take this the wrong way, but I hope I don't see you again any time soon!" Our friends will hear about our great experience. Be sure to ask for Marcus!

My experience with Fox Plumbing & Heating was excellent. Our service technician was Marcus and he was very professional and personable. He arrived on time and got the job done quickly as well as very cleanly. He did an excellent job at fixing our plumbing issue and also with explaining what may have caused the problem. I own a home that was built in 1928 in the Wallinford neighborhood. As such, I have had my share of plumbing problems. Last week my main sewer line collapsed. I called Fox Plumbing and their staff fixed in a very professional manner. I've hired four plumbing companies over the past 5 years and Fox is the best I have ever hired.

I had a sewer backup through the floor drain in my basement in my house in Greenwood. I called Fox and Marcus was out right away to get started on it. It was a tough one but he got it done right and quickly. We then discovered that there was a break in the line out in the yard.

Marcus was back with Will a couple of days later to start the repair. They had the hole dug and the repair finished in the first day. Inspection and filling the hole back in the second day. They even saved the sod and replaced it so my lawn looks relatively undisturbed.

A big sewer repair is never a good experience and an unexpected expense but Fox went out of their way to make it as quick and painless as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.
