I am disappointed in this company, and appalled by their employees behavior. Be sure that I will do my best to avoid things that they sponsor.

I took an interest in an auction item at their June 13th auction in Renton, WA.
When I found out that I would be unable to attend due to an emergency, I wanted to take advantage of the phone-bid option that they offered on their website. However, after scouring the pictures on that website VERY carefully, I found that they had NOT photographed the item that I was interested in!
So, I called them well before the start of the auction and spoke with a person who said that he would text me a photograph of the item so that I could enter a phone-bid.
I waited patiently until just after the start of the auction with no text or response from him or anyone, and then I called again.
A different person answered the phone who was very rude and abrupt with me saying that the auction had started and that she was unable to send any pictures. I repeated my predicament and that I had called earlier and was promised a response that I did not receive and she just said, "No."
Dumbfounded by this attitude and behavior, I called back to clarify that the item numbers were in the 250+ mark and was told from a previous call hours ago, when I thought that I could attend that they would not be going up for auction until an hour or more into the evening, whereupon the woman on the phone simply hung up on me!!!!!
I have attended many estate sales and auctions in my day, but have never quite been treated so terribly in my life.
And all this due to the fact that they did not picture or describe the items that took my interest as a collector and member of EstateSales.net. This can't be good for business in the first place, but to treat someone as I was treated is unheard of and uncalled for! Especially, when it was an emergency that prevented me from attending in the first place!
Anyway, for what it's worth, I thought that future attendees of their events should know.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (I have updated "Stars" from 1 to 2)

Apparently the first person, the man, that I spoke with, DID send the picture texts!!!!!!!!!

They are marked sent before the auction, but I did not receive them until hours later. So, that must be a network delay/problem!

However, this offers NO EXCUSE for the way that the woman that I spoke with second behaved towards me!!!!!!

All she had to do was pass me to that first person, or try to have him call me back or SOMETHING, other than be mean and nasty as she was!

So my thanks goes to the first person who took the pictures.

Sadly, I missed out because of the cell phone carriers.

This company is very professional. My former employer used them as a refernence to our employees, when they were moving to India. They were very helpful and patient with all parties invlolved.

I have gone to several auctions at Mroczek. Grant and Larry are both great. They are very knowledgeable of everything that they put up for auction. The auctions always move quickly and Judy does a great job with the final paperwork. If you ever need an auctioneer, hire these guys. If you ever want to go to an auction, check out Mroczek. Lots of fun!
