We brought our daughter's car in for service and were treated warmly and courteously. We feel confident that though we live 1800 miles away, she will receive fair and honest service. The service managers, James Gessey and Rick Shelton listened to our problems and dealt with them in a businesslike and honest manner. We would highly recommend Chuck Olson's Chevrolet to any concerned parent, or any person requiring service!

This was a great experience, my husband and I had been shopping around for an additional auto for our family. We had read some great things about the Kia Soul and decided it would be a great addition for the family. We went to several dealerships closer to our home. And after driving the Soul we decided that we did want one. We had our minds set on specific colors and options. At the first two dealerships we went to we felt like we were being forced into buying something we didn't want(color, options) so we departed very frustrated. Then I saw Chuck Olson's advertisment on TV and gave them a call. I was given very easy instructions on how to get to their location. As we live on the far side of town from them. When we arrived. We were greated by the sales person I had spoken to on the phone. Scott was very friendly and knowledgable. We drove several different vehicles then chose one that we truely liked. When we went inside to negotiate the price, the manager that Scott worked with was very accomodating. When we got home with the new Soul that evening my husband and I both remarked that we thought it was the best auto transaction we've ever been involved in. Thankyou Scott, and thankyou to all at Chuck Olson Kia.

I went in to Chuck Olson because a warning light came on in my Chevy and they recommended a list of repairs that would have cost more than my old car is worth.

In addition, it cost an additional $100 for them to take a look then was initially quoted. I understand that this can happen but when I asked for an explanantion I received what seemed to be a fairly desparate litany of nonsense.

Luckily I had a lifetime service warranty for one of the parts that they said needed work - the water pump. When I took it to the place where I had purchased the warranty they said that there was nothing wrong with part and that all I needed was a radiator flush.

I called Chuck Olson and told them about what had happened, requested a response, and never heard from them. I should also mention that I'm a blonde twenty-something woman and they must have seen dollar signs as soon as I walked in.

In summary, they're dishonest and you should go somewhere else.

Don't do it. Kia's roadside service, unlike as explained by the Chuck Olson salespeople, is far from efficient or considerate. My car has been recalled twice, and 5 days before the warranty expired the car's alternator broke. Kia's roadside service had people tow it. The people who came were small locally contracted people. One boy came out who looked 15 years old. The other was an unshaven guy who scraped the car bumper while getting it on the tow truck and who made me sign a receipt without filling it out or giving me a receipt, although he promised to do so. On Saturday, when the car was towed, I was told by a Chuck Olson' Chevrolet agent that I could get a substitute car once the problem was diagnosed. On Monday, once I called, the service department there told me this was completely untrue. I asked when the car would be ready. The service department, in particular someone named "Bill," sounded completely unconcerned that I was without a car and told me he would "get to it" when they could. He could not even supply an ESTIMATE of time it would be looked at.
It's Monday. The car was towed in Saturday. Unbelievably smug, self-centered service department with no concern for the customer's inconvenience.
