I purchased a 2006 LR3 in 2009. The vehicle was 'Certified Pre-Owned" and came with the CPO warranty. I was told by the sales rep, Rob Singh, that the tires on the vehicle were brand new. Overall the initial sale was very pleasant and they worked to get me a good price on the vehicle.

After 3 months, I had to replace 3 of the 4 tires as they were damaged. The inside edge of each tire was completely worn down, and the two tire shops I took the vehicle to said that these tires could not have been new only 90 days (3000 miles) earlier. The dealership acknowledged the problem but did not offer to pay for the tires in full. Over the next year, the brakes had to be replaced, and the shifting unit failed. The shifting unit was apparently damaged by a spill of coffee from the previous owner, but again, the dealership refused to cover the repair. There are other issues with the vehicle that the dealership refuses to acknowledge and at this point I very much regret buying the car from them.

I will continue to buy Land Rover, but in the future will seek a more honest, caring dealership.

i brought my land rover LR4 in to chantilly without an appointment. i was having issues with the proximity key and the car would only start sometimes.
they got me right in, reprogrammed the software, reprogrammed the key, and got me taken care of, right away, without an appointment. they also washed the car and brought it around completely spotless. i didnt buy this land rover from them, but i can assure you based on my service experience my next land rover will be from them.

I took my range rover sport to get my routined maintenance and the dealer's staff was very professinal and kind. They were not as busy as other places so I believed they pay better attention to me.

Land Rover of Chantilly provides good quality work and at reasonable prices. I just recently had major work done on my 99 Range Rover and went to several other Land rover dealers and ended up having it done at Chantilly because they quoted me the lowest price. The repair is completed to my satisfaction I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

My first impression of Chantilly Land Rover's service department is that this dealer is on top of their game. I was greeted promptly as soon as I arrived and the reception area was clean and comfortable. The waiting area is extemely nice with a nice work station area. I managed to get some work done while waiting for my oil change. The completed the oil change service in less than an hour and also washed my car, topped the fluids, and check my tires.

Bravo! Bravo! Buying a Range Rover could not have been easier. My salesman Shawn did a very good job. He took his time to explain why the Range Rover is consider the ultimate sport utility. Now I can fully appreciate not just the luxury of this type of vehicle but also its ability. The amount of things the Range Rover can do is insane! They have this test track that is very scary and intimidating that he took us on a test drive on. I went home and came back with my husband the next day and after my husband was satistied with the price, we bought it. Shawn asked me to write about my experience and I thought I would do it since he really took his time and helped make the experience wonderful.
