I went in because my ac was blowing out hot/cold air. I was told that it just needed to have the ac unit flushed and filled back up with frion and this usually takes care of the problem. To do this, it would cost me $180. I received a phone call the next day, and was told that the ac compressor was cracked open like an egg and the dryer needed to be fixed as well. This would cost me $1200.

I advised that the price was steep and was told that they could bring the price down to $1100 after applying a "discount". I immediately called around to price shop ( since they claim they will beat the competitors price) and was told by another dealer that they could do it for $900. I let Rosner know this and they claimed they can match the price. I said fine, so if you can match the price then I can use the coupon, which was mailed to me and this should save me even more. My advisor advised that she would have to bring the price back up to the original price, if I were to use the coupon. WTH! The sales manager wasn't even trying to help; he agreed with the advisor.

I purchased a "Certified" Pre-owned vehicle from this out of town dealership. I had concerns about post sale service work. I was assured that since this vehicle was a certified pre-owned vehicle that I had nothing to be concerned about. This vehicle was described as a 'new vehicle with miles' and went through a rigorous 155 point inspection process. Within the first week after purchase I discovered some defect items. I assumed these would be covered by the one year 100k mile warranty that came with my 'new vehicle with miles', but found out that none of the items were covered under warranty and all should had been remediated through the certification process. I contacted this dealer and they have done absolutely nothing to attempt to resolve any of these issues. I have paid $951 for repair of some of the defects and have estimates of $1,800 to have the remaining defects fixed. All of these items are items that were to be inspected through the 155 point rigorous inspection process. I have discussed this with the sales rep, the sales manager, the service manager and the general manager without resolve. This has been my first experience with MB, but my personal worst car buying experience in 35 years.
