We went here looking for a puppy for our family. The dogs were not very clean and smelled bad but we fell in love with our puppy Angel. They told us she had a microchip and gave us info to send money into a company. When I tried to look up the company on line there was no company. When I took her to our vet they said she didn't even have the named microchip in her she had another one. So I registered through that company. They fraudulently gave me false paper work plus we found out that she came from one of those huge breeders that do horrible things to animals and they jacked up the price. We love Angel but warn anyone to go there for a family pet!!!

Yes, my puppy was sick with kennel cough when I bought him but the pet store did not hesitate to pay full vet costs. My dog is in perfect health now and has been for the last 2 years. The puppies cages were not that clean though when I puchased my dog.

Family pet center is a nice pet store with a very nice staff. The store has small mammals, fish and birds. The are sometimes kittens available and almost always puppies. The puppies are sometimes sick so the buyer should be careful and actually take the pup for that first vet visit. In the cases I know about, Family Pet has always been great about taking care of the pet when they were found to be ill at the time of purchase. The ladies in the shop are very nice and several have been in the business of pets for many years. Easy to talk to and available for questions after purchase.
