If you want a company that lies and steals from you, refuses to provide you with an invoice, doesn't return your keys when promised because they are busy firing their incompetent personnel and is quick to cash your check for the deductible yet provides no accountability for their lack of service, constant misinformation and blatant theft of your personal belongings then this the place for you. The office manager has absolutely NO customer service skills and is very quick to arrogantly tell you how long she's been doing this and how much you don't know. Her condescending attitude is insulting and after repeatedly denying ever removing my coach bags from my apartment and stating in writing that the office manager (Shannon) "PERSONALLY" inventoried and took pictures of all my items and "confirmed" there were NO coach handbags with the items they removed, one of my coach bags miraculously returned to my apartment along with the stained clothing they attempted to clean. After confronting the owner (Zane) regarding his repeated claim to not have taken my coach bags the story changed to "his tech" didn't inventory the items as he was instructed and he saw the "one" handbag but didn't think to inventory it: Verbatim "My tech said he did see the one purse in the bag and didn't give it a thought as to inventory it as his instructions were to inventory clothes, I have since let him know that he should have inventory everything, however it small or different from my instructions. Sorry for the misscomunications on the purse."

You would think that they would take some accountability knowing that they hire people that fail to follow instructions and considering the fact that I was told "Shannon" personally inventoried everything to only later be told that he (the tech) should have inventoried everything leaves me baffled and confused! Now I am at a loss because my insurance company requires the physical damaged handbags for reimbursement and I only got one back. They are rude and unprofessional and after I repeatedly asked for a copy of the invoice for the service I hired them to provide, they refused to give me a copy!!! What kind of business is this? I trusted them with keys to my home which was a BIG mistake. This was the worst experience ever and this company will do what they can to exploit your situation, steal what they can and bill your insurance company without providing you with a copy of what they claim to have provided. Don't make the same mistake I did. Wish there was a negative (-0) star. That would be more appropriate!

Oh yeah, after failing to return my keys when promised and not getting it untilk 4 days later they had the nerve to leave my property outside on a loading dock unattended even after I informed them that I would not be home and would prefer to pick it up myself later. Terrible customer service!!!

I always trust Rainbow International for my carpet cleaning needs. Their staff are very courteous and friendly and they are available 24 hours a day. They provide services like carpet repair, stretching, color matching, pet odor decontamination, upholstery and drapery cleaning. Best of all, they are just a phone call away!! Its very convenient.
