Payless Painting

Other than some confusion over the brand of paint that was to be used, I was very pleased by the job Tony and his crew did. They arrived when they said they would, cleaned up very well on a daily basis, and completed the job on time. During the paint prep process, there was some hidden wood rot discovered that couldn't have been noted until after the scraping/sanding had begun. Not only did Tony notify me of the problem and seek my authorization to replace the rotted boards, he treated me very fairly when he billed me for the extra material and labor. I will not hesitate to use them again. Mark from Great Falls, Va.

They were excellent. Very quick to get me an estimate. The estimate was competitive -- not the cheapest, but competitive, and it was clear they were going to do a more thorough job, so the price difference was worth it.

Wow - these guys were great. They worked on my schedule, did an outstanding job, finished ahead of time, were clean and courteous, and all for a price that was significantly lower than their competitors. I have already recommended them to others.

Totally professional and meticulous. I noticed that Tony has trained his painters to remove previous paint where it doesn't belong. Expertly replaced rotten wood and replaced before painting. Very careful prep before painting, e.g., scraped flaking paint off, made necessary carpentary repairs, used primer then returned the second day to apply highest quality paint. Tony, the owner of Payless Painting, is a professional who does quality work!!

The gentlemen that came over was the actual owner/painter. He knew the answers to my questions because he was an experienced painter. He brought paint color samples and helped me pick out colors. The price was even cheaper than the other estimates. The other gentleman that came out to give an estimate brought a wonderful book with his college degree and some pretty pictures of what his company has painted, however, he didn't bring any paint samples and couldn't answer all of my questions because he was The Manager. I will use Payless Painting again and have already recommended them to a friend.

I think they did an excellent job. It was a big project and the previous owner left the place in pretty bad shape, but this company made the place look like new again.

My experience with Payles Painting was excellent. I can honestly say I had no problems what-so-ever. The paint job was very professional and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

Tony was very up front about cost and details of the work that would be done, including the number of coats of paint that would be required. He even threw in replacement of some rotted wood around a few of the window frames. His workers did a thorough job and cleaned up so well I couldn't even tell that they had done any scraping. They were all polite. I would hire him again in a minute!
