Most trusted repair facility in Williamsburg. I own the local Edible Arrangements and we have all our personal and business cars serviced here. The biggest thing I can say is that "I completely TRUST this place". If you need a second opinion or need a great repair, see them immediately.

Vacation Heros! My 7 year old son and I were on vacation at Busch Gardens when our mini-van started making a grinding sound in the front wheels. It was to be our last day at the park and then a 5 hour drive home. I thought for sure we would be sitting in an auto repair shop all day instead of enjoying the last day of our vacation. We took our van to American Pride Automotive. Without hesitation, these amazing people got started working on the van AND gave us a ride to Busch Gardens (20 minutes away!). Then, stayed late to finish working on the van AND give us a ride back from the park! I have never experienced better service or just plain good will in any service situation. My son and I had an amazing day at the park where he braved new roller coasters for the first time. They literally fixed our van and saved our vacation at the same time. I give them 10 stars! Thanks guys!

We recently had American Pride Automotive in Williamsburg perform the 60,000 mile servicing on our 2008 Lexus RX350. We were extremely pleased by the outstanding service provided by Tony. He provided us an estimate that was much more reasonable then Lexus was charging for the identical service and explained everything in detail. The service technician Brian ensured everything was checked within the specifications of our manual. Over the years, we have had many bad dealings with car repair shops and dealerships. This was not the case with American Pride. We left with the feeling we had been treated like family. In addition to the Lexus, we will use American Pride for our other vehicles for regular maintenance and repairs.

Thanks for making this a good experience. We will recommend American Pride, especially Tony to anyone who needs automotive repairs or maintenance. It's a shame such great customer service is such a rarity in our society.

I have had my 2004 Volvo S-40 in for service there many times. Every experience has been great. When you come through the door its like talking to family and they are very knowledgeable of automobiles. They are extremely honest, on occasions when I though that I had a serious (i.e. expensive) problem, they were able found a simpler and less expensive solution. I highly recommend American Pride automotive to everyone!

The service engine light had come on and when I brought it in, the mechanic found that the problem was a solenoid that was malfunctioning. The part needed to be ordered, so I went home
and was called a few hours later to tell me that the part was in and that I could bring it back the same day to get the part installed.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. We will certainly be bringing our cars back here for service.

I have taken my cars to American Pride for years, both the Williamsburg and Yorktown locations. They are simply top-notch. I cannot imagine having anyone else care for my vehicles. You can tell from the moment you first contact them that you, as the customer, are their top priority. They are friendly and so easy to talk to (I always feel like they are my big brothers working on my car). As a female not well-versed in car-speak, they always talk in a way I can understand without dumbing things down. You will get an honest opinion on work that should be done now, and what you might want to consider having done in the future, all without any pressure whatsoever. Their work is warranted for an unheard of 2 years/24k miles, easily double of other shops in this area. I have always found their prices to be completely fair. They deserve their outstanding reputation. I tell everyone I know about American Pride Automotive!

This place must think they are the only game in town, there charges are unreal !! took my car in for an oil change and an inspection, they failed my car for an item and when i declined the repair they treated me like Sh_ _. went to another shop and i was told my car should not have failed inspection, they were glad to take care of the issue, people beware of this place !!!!
