Very unprofessional I was called at 430 pm the day before my scheduled installation and was told my door was not in. The door had been ordered 8 weeks prior to the installation date.

I did not have these people to put my garage door on, the builder did. The door failed and came off the track (8 mos of service). Jeff (Gen Manager, Gainesville, VA) who came out and was nasty and never took any responsibility to the problem. However, he put the door back on the track. I question how safe it is. i do plan to get another opinion.
I would never use this company!

Initially I was contacted for installation via voicemail, but upon returning the call, I learned that the opener was actually not in stock. It was a mistake that I had been contacted. To their credit, I was contacted only a few days later and opener installation was arranged. However the installation tech was in quite the hurry. Showed up at 0700 vice the 0800-1200 appointment time (this could be considered good or bad, but 0700 is a little extreme for me). The wires look like a nest and when asked to do some basic cosmetics, the installation tech was less than courteous. The garage door was opening and closing fine for demo, initially, but then stopped. He said it was the springs, after pulling the release string and allowing this very large door to slam shut; needless to say I was not happy. He said, and I quote "it's your springs, now I have to go" and he departed. After we get this matter rectified, via Home Depot, I will never use this company again!
