If I could give a negative review... I would. This Exxon Station has been sold at least 1-2x in the last five or so years. It has really become a "hood" establishment.... from the looks of the corner property, the poor customer service, and the lack of knowledge they have to fix cars.

I knew the mechanics who are no longer there (post sale) and they were great, conscientious and I trusted them. Mohammed inspected my vehicles and he was great. I was always in and out pretty fast and was never sold a bill of crap like I am now. The lead mechanic/manager was also great. They worked on my various vehicles. I even tipped them at the holidays because they always treated me well.

I recently took my vehicle in for some issues I was having. It cost me a great deal of money and not only did they not fix the problem, but the problems are significantly worse now in my vehicle. Of course Dean, the freaken useless lead mechanic /service manager, said it would cost double the amount I paid to "really" get my vehicle fixed. Of course I did not fall for his crap.

Besides not fixing my vehicle issues, there are numerous issues with this establishment from causing my credit card to have a hold placed on it because of their policy to charge only $900 at one time. The bill exceed this by 2-3x and the various times they charged my card made it look like fraud and my card was declined. Dean said, in front of other customers that my card was declined... making it look like it was overcharged or my issue. I yelled at him and said it is because your inept employees are charging multiple times and my credit card company thinks a fraud is occurring. The front door of the establishment had a a glass door that had so many cracks that it looked unsafe to open the door. Then entire time, approximately one week that i was going back and forth to deal with the myriad of issues, the glass door stayed broken. I can honestly say that these "mechanics" have no freaken clue how to work on cars. I would recommend going to a high school shop class and let the high school kids who are learning how to work on vehicles rather than these knuckleheads. I made a complaint through a customer service survey and do you think they care? I cannot get the owner to respond to me. I also think he owns the Exxon at Gallows Road as well... ALL I CAN SAY IS DON'T BE A FOOL LIKE ME... STAY AWAY FROM THE VAN DORN EXXON. I do not think these people know how to work on cars.

Not to be trusted.
I was costumer there when it used to belong to an independent family business owner. It was honest and fair by then. 18 months ago aprox they sold to NTAtire and I notice first that the prices increased slightly compared to before but they have a lot more staff now and look more organized so I decide to transfer my trust because it was the same location wuich is convenient to me. Big Mistake!
Last spring they changed my radiator (For $30 less than the estimate I got from my dealer). Radiator is fine but now that it is summer I noticed that my a/c was not working properly. I was going to charge myself when I realize that the pressure reading was way higher than it should, instead of low (I am an engineer and know how to read instruments). I unplug my gauge and took the car back to them. I explain to them that on the 2012 summer it was working fine which means that coolant pressure was good. Since nobody had work on the car since last summer but them, radiator service on the winter 2012/13, and coolant pressure does not increase by itself. Someone, on the last service, probably disconnect a line removing the radiator and did an overcharge when it was recconected.
They did not believe and said they would need to take a look to diagnose $93 (chi-chin for them) then they call me (Sharam and Rob) with a bill of $400 to repair the damage caused by them.
Conclusion:
My radiator ended up costing really $400 more than the dealer and a big headache because their mechanic mess up my A/C and they preferred instead to believe in me, or verify the vehice history they have at their computer, simply charged me $400 to fix the problem they created. I think that is careless and maybe they di it in purpose. Most of the people would not even realize.
I would never have my car served there again.

I've taken my car here several times over the past few years and have always received excellent service. Mike and his team are prompt, thorough and always give accurate estimates.

I've also referred several friends, roommates and even my brother. They all have received excellent service. I highly recommend this place and will continue to take my car there for maintenance!
