Purchased a new 2009 Sonata in June 2009. I took in the web price and purchased the car for my wife at the advertised price with zero hassle. BTW, the web price was pretty incredible... Since that time, the service dept. (normal maintenance) has been very pleasant to deal with.

If you must buy a Hyundai, go elsewhere. Watch your prices *extra fees added up to more than a $1000 over the agreed upon price. The car we received was defective and they blamed us for it we have to pay $700 to fix. Service dept did not have the car ready when promised. Sale of the car took way too long.

We bought a 2002 Hyundai Sonata from them 2 years ago. We paid way to much for it, and bought the platinum warranty. We have put so much of our OWN money into it, it isn't funny, and I can't even begin to tell you how much work that warranty has covered for us. Now, the whole clutch system is out. This car has had problem after problem, and that are not little things either. I would NEVER buy a used car from Brown's again, and I would STRONGLY discourage you from buying one as well.

Very nice and very low pressure. Was very helpful in showing any vehicle. Price on the web is the price you pay, maybe even lower if you ask nicely. Went in to look and drive. Told them I would buy, but would be back later. They never tried to get me to sign anything and didn't pressure me. They gave me and card and said "Call when you want to come back and we'll get everything ready." They actually offered to let me take the car overnight and come back the next day to finalize everything.

If you get a quote via email or phone conversation, don't expect them to honor it when you get there. I had the car and a price worked out, but when I got there, they seemed to forget what they said. So, I didn't get the car I hoped to.

I wanted an elantra and they had tons. when you pull up to their store all you see is cars, hundreds. The other two stores I went to (in fairfax and leesburg) didn't have half that many.
I looked brought in their internet price, and they honored it. no bait and switch, no hassel.

We drove 4 hours to Brown's dealership to purchase a Hyundai Santa Fe. It was a great experience! We did our research on the Internet; the prices were listed and there was no need to "haggle" with any car salesman. From the very first phone call, the whole process was easy and the people at this dealership were exceptionally courteous and professional. We got the best deal any dealership in the tri-state (even beyond) would give to us---and it was all with no fuss.Ask for Syed in "Internet sales"--He was wonderful! Of course, when we asked him to throw in a navigation system for free and he just couldn't do that! ;) lol!We will be going back to this dealership the next time we buy a Hyundai! I am a female who has purchased 3 vehicles from Brown's Hyundai.
The salesmen and sales manager were always helpful and never acted like I didn't know what I wanted, etc. They have given me very good deals and payments I could afford. The only problem I had with this dealership is the finance department - they tended to try to charge higher interest rates. The service department has also been wonderful! They have great deals such as free oil changes, free tires for life of vehicle and free inspections. I am on my 3rd car and have never had any major problems with any of the vehicles I have purchased.
