This is now DC auto. They are crooks. Still haven't gotten my title. It's been 3 months. They keep giving me tempory tags; which I think is illegal. I have reported him to the DMV.
If somebody starts a lawsuit I will join in.

I have been trying to get my car or my money back after Auto Line Of Norfolk took my money for almost two years now. Each time I would go into the dealership I would hear a different story. They had a(white) Finance lady that seem to do everything she sold my cousin his car, not only did she sell him his car she did all the paper work that comes along with it. When he went back to get his tag after his 30's had expired yet again the same lady was trying to help, He was told that Scott's wife was the only one that can do dmv paperwork and she wasn't in. My cousin was leaving to go out to sea the next day, they ask us to come back after 2:00 so we did. Still having to wait as all the black label salesman walked around talking about the night before in the club they offered my cousin and I some food if we wanted to eat, We didn't want to eat we wanted his tags. I knew at this time something was wrong and I had already gave them my money $24,500.00 I ask Trey & Spoon who the owner was they replied oh hes not in. I ask Spoon what would I need to do to get my money back, Spoon pointed to the financing lady said talk to her, As I talk to the lady very helpful but she had no say so in the matter of getting my money back, She called Rob who I later found out was hanging out in the back the whole time, Rob expressed to me don't worry there is no problems going on you will get your car by Friday,I had already been waiting six weeks why should I think he was telling me the truth now. When I ask him about my cousins tag all he would tell me is that Keva is the one that does dmv and she had to leave to go to school that she would be back after she picked her son up from school after 5. So now we have wasted the last day before he leaves for sea still with no tags.At 7:45 some lady I'm guessing it was the tag lady came in said I'm sorry you had to wait I will get right on it. My cousin got his tags but I'm still with out a car.I contacted NFCU to only be told that I would still have to pay the money back. I went to the dealership several times where Rob gave me a check of 500.00 towards my payment. I went back to dealership for the last time when Rob told me he wasn't able to make the payment for me as he is going to shut down the dealership. I called a few people that I know and found out that you can win your case in Norfolk courts, I looked up information in the court system and seen where 4 people have took them to court and won!! That is very good news. One of the men that won told me the lawyer is looking for anyone that has been screwed over by Auto Line Of Norfolk, He will take your case with no money up front. Lets all join together and get Robert Wheeler behind bars where he belongs.

I Purchased a fairly new chevy truck from Auto Line just a little over a year ago and to this date (5/6/10)have not seen a title for the vehicle. I received a call about a week ago from a law firm, but did not know what they were looking for. Now, i am scrambling, trying to find some way to get ahold of the title that they kept promising me, or have my auto loan default.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I purchased a 2002 cadillac escalade from these horrible unprofessional people back in Janurary of this year. That disgusting lady Teresa has an attitude problem, and the owners rob and scott were all big lying con artist. It is ridiculous. They breached their contract that we had, and I still have not received everything I am owed. Not only did they lie on my credit application but after I was approved for $35,000, they ran off with almost $30,000 of it. So while they are cooling and relaxing, I am left with a piece of crap car, a contract that has not been fullfilled and a whole lot of animosity. I have been trying to find a lawyer that can take my case but it has been hard especially now since they are out of business. All I have to say is what goes around, comes around and trust me, it will catch back up with you. Any questions, just leave a response. Thanks.

I have been dealing with this place for a few months and they are DICKS! First, if you come in there and don't LOOK like you have money, they have nothing to say to you. The salesmen stand around all day in BLACK LABEL talking about the latest concert they've been to and how many cars they need to sell, but they RARELY approach any arriving customers. The so-called "Finance Department" has this "I wanna be down" older white lady that prances around and spends more time flirting with the salesmen, then actually solving a problem.Last and but not least, the arrogant owner is the most sneakiest, slithering snake that I have ever encountered. He prefers to have his salesmen to tell calling customers that he is not in and this was something that was confessed to me during one of our very few encounters.Overall, the dealership is completely unprofessional and I highly suggest that no one goes there for a car. The dealership tends to favor the military, I guess because they are just trying to get something that they can look good in rather than work everyday. I can't wait until he runs out of business and maybe then he can see that every customer counts.
