Pennington Jeffrey - Kingstowne Insurance

I recently moved to the area and was unsure of what type of insurance coverage I needed to have in the state of Virginia. I called multiple places and received the same type of "need to know" service. Then I called Kingstown Insurance, Jeff took the time with me to make sure I was getting the most beneficial insurance coverage for myself as well as my budget. He was there to answer my many questions and reassure me that after I signed my paperwork I would be dealing with him instead of a 1-800 number. I couldn't be happier with my decision to choose Kingstowne Insurance as my agency. Jeff has made my transition to Virginia an easy one!

I recently moved to Virginia and needed insurance coverage so I can register my car. I contacted a few insurance agencies in the Alexandria area and they were not customer friendly. Finally, I called Kingstowne Insurance and received a friendly and professional customer service. My needs were taken care of and all of my questions were asked precisely. I recommended friends & family members to visit the office...this was the best customer service experience I ever had...and wish to continue long-term service...highly recommend.

We have been using the services from Kingstowne Insurance for more than 2 years for all of our business insurance needs. The expert advise and customer service is the best and the owner, Jeff Pennington, is great. Definitely give them a call.
