.

I had a very traumatic dental procedure performed over 30 years ago and have always agonized over it. Needless to say, I had not been to a dentist for the past 10 years. It seemed that every dentist I went to they herded you in and out. They knew you by your case number, not your name.

I found Dr. Oliver on-line. When I called I was greeted pleasantly. I was told they dealt directly with my dental insurance company, so we scheduled an appointment (with VERY sweaty palms ? mind you). I told the scheduler that I had anxiety and she noted it on her schedule.

When I arrived for my initial visit I was greeted warmly. The receptionist made me feel very comfortable, and she assured me that they would treat me with kid-gloves. I was introduced to the first hygienist, and I informed her of my anxiety and my reasoning. I asked her to explain everything that they were going to do; and she did - thoroughly.

Within a period of a week ? I had to go back 2 more times for different procedures. The last procedure was a root canal. I arrived VERY anxious; as you can imagine. But it was finished in no time AND NO PAIN! I felt nothing, no needles, no drilling; NOTHING!

I have found my dentist! Everyone from the receptionists, the 3 hygienists (Julie, Jen & Debbie), Dr. Oliver, and Kat (The Office Manager) were very nice and accommodating.
