.

We have been patients there for about 5 years. We usually see the nurse practitioner because the doctor that was labeled our primary phy. was ALWAYS booked solid, not a problem, I like nurse prac.s, but they can't keep them. I don't know what they do there but we've been through 5 nurse practitioners. One, I only saw once and was gone before my son's next appointment. \n But the final nail to the coffin of my family attending there was that not once, not twice, but THREE times they sent my husband's blood work to a lab out of coverage. It was a sad mistake once, a pain twice, but we spoke with them at length, they promised us it would go to a covered lab- I even told them what lab to send it to - nope, sent it to the wrong lab. I sit with a $495 lab cost and all they can do it say they are sorry. I'm $495 sorry; they are $0 sorry, because they refused even the third time to admit their mistake and help us out. They told us it was our job to know what lab to use- I told them we told the nurse. They said, we have no note of it. So clearly the mistake was mine- for trusting that they would actually fix a problem that had gone repeatedly wrong. Don't use them if you EVER get lab work done!!

Pros: clean, nice staff

Cons: terrible wait times, labs sent to the wrong place
