National Tire & Battery

I had taken my car in to get it inspected and to my surprise (and dismay), I failed because my tires were too low on tread. After calling around for pricing I decided to call NTB after hearing a radio ad about them. The salesman, Greg, answered and proceeded to tell me about the different tire options for my car. I'll admit, being a woman, I was wary about getting taken advantage of but Greg was extremely courteous and helpful. So after he answered my 100th question, I decided to make the trip in to see him. When I arrived, there was someone ahead of me and I listened as I waited my turn. This salesperson was very knowledgeable and was quick to answer the questions asked of him and also quick to smile. When it was my turn I asked to speak with Greg and sure enough, it was him! Needless to say he walked me through the process of selecting a tire and alignment package that best fit my needs and made what I thought was surely going to be a painful/intimidating experience into a real joy. I'll bring my car back to NTB for everything my car needs thanks to Greg's knowledge and honesty.
