I had a couple experiences with this shop...the first time I took my Duc to get a new rear tire put on after picking up a nail a few days after buying it. It took them about thirty minutes of searching just to find a socket large enough to remove my rear wheel... then they had to rig something to do the balancing, which I had to have redone because they did a horrible job.
The second experience was much worse. I took my S2R in for a custom mapping for my PowerCommanderIII, and got the bike back in much worse shape than I had brought it to them in. It was popping, and had flat spots everywhere. Though they were supposed to be a certified DynoJet tuning center. Horrible experience....then I wasn't able to recoup any of my money for their "tuning" as a result. I recommend staying away..and if you need tuning, google "Jim Sabin Performance in Dallas". He can hook you up.

Scott, the salesman, and Barry, the salesmanager, were very helpful and truthful. This was important to me as I have not ridden in over twenty years. After several visits I bought a Honda VTX1300R plus some add ons.
Honda did not want to give me there advertised good interest rate, but my credit union gave me 5% on the spot. No hard feelings, Honda makes a good product and I was treated well by Scott and Barry. This is the first new vehicle I have bought in over 25 years, so I expected the worst. I was ready for a price change at the last minute, something not done on the bike when I picked it up, or it would not be ready when they said. I was so pleasently surprised! Everything went as it was as promised.
They actually installed two parts on the bike, no installation charge, I had told them I'd buy and I'd put on later. What a plus! Every piece of the price and paper work was gone over in detail with no changes from the original agreement. Within a week I had 860 mi on it and ready for the initial service. I haven't picked it up from the service yet but it is ready before the promised time. I am expecting the same quality of work from the service department.
I was never pressured nor was there any attempt to push me onto any bike. They gave me the facts and let me decide. I did do my homework as to research on what features would work best for my needs and most important which one fit me. I did go to other dealers and checked other brands. Price was important but how I was treated made the difference.
