The installation process went exceptionally smoothly, the personnel were on time, efficient and personable -- and the price was right -- we could not be more satisfied. Had my Spring check early and thought to write a review of appreciation. I've used them for years. The service techs are always on time, knowledgeable, honest and very personable. Frymire is up front on costs and will work with you to accomplish the main goal.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service. The technician came 4 hours late. Quoted 200+ dollars to check if the issue is with carbon monoxide. Checking CO is part of the regular Tune up service of any other company. I will never call this company again for service\r\n

I contracted with this company to install an a/c unit.\nThey screwed me with the price and than they came back and said that they did more work than they initially said needed to be done and demanded to be paid extra.\nThey are not at all honest and you must stay far far away from this company. They have got good sales people that are good for the company but not good for the consumer.\nPlease beware they are good talkers but will screw you big time .

dont used this company they will screw you they came to my house which is only 4 years old new unit that they put in as contractors for fox and jacobs homes each year they came by to fix my unit from heat to air in the summer and doing winter from air to heat now my unit is stuck in heat mode and they wont come this summer because they are too busy

Arrived at 10:15 got done at about 11:50 and charged me two hours. Dude dragged out the time and was slow like a cow. He should have his tools (screw drivers, etc..) on him instead of making trips to his van back and forth.

Worked with other companies to try and resolve an issue for which they could never fix. And which costs me tons of money each year calling people back out on the same problem. Frymire came in once and figured it out immediately. That was last year. Since then our air went out and we took advantage of the tax rebate and replace both air and heat. While they are a little more money, it is cheaper in the long run to have something done the right the first time. They definitely know what they are doing and do it well! They have my business for life.

I am needing a 3rd compressor for a unit less than 3 years old. The installation was undersized, and this company wants to keep itself afloat by charging labor for their poor installations. They will leave you in the heat unless you pay emergency fees, and will charge as much as they can. I bought a new house in order not to worry about this kind of stuff - make sure your new home is NOT subbed by Frymire, or you too could become one of their cash cows.

I am needing a 3rd compressor for a unit less than 3 years old. The installation was undersized, and this company wants to keep itself afloat by charging labor for their poor installations. They will leave you in the heat unless you pay emergency fees, and will charge as much as they can. I bought a new house in order not to worry about this kind of stuff - make sure your new home is NOT subbed by Frymire, or you too could become one of their cash cows.

I really appreciated the excellent job Justin (plumber) performed for me. He came yesterday and I really admired his intelligence in quickly diagnosing the problem and doing the solution. He was very patient in answering my questions, very courteous, and very professional! He the came was a leaky faucet. This is the second time he came to my house and I won't forget to mention his name if need Frymire again. Justin fixed a toilet on his first visit and it still working perfectly. From my observation, he is a hard working man.

Brought a new home recently from Drees. It was a spec home that I moved into early last fall. With the cold snap we experienced over the holidays, I noticed my daughter's bedroom was colder than the rest of the rooms upstairs, so I called Frymire and they quickly dispatched two technicians. The techs, John and Lorenzo, worked as a team solving my air balance complaint and now we are warm and happy. The Frymire technicians were very polite and professional, which I appreciated very much.

I was worried about how long it would take and damage to the house, but it turned out my fears were unfounded. Installers Omar and Jose did a wonderful, wonderful job. They are definitely keepers! \n\nAnd the salesman, Fred, was very patient and educated us on the tax advantages of buying a higher efficient air conditioner.

Hi, I sent this email to Frymire regarding sending some one out to my house without my verbal consent. \r\nI requested a quote but never told you to send someone out. Now you are sending me a bill. This is totally unacceptable and I only requested a quote and mentioned I wanted a quote only. \r\n \r\nWhat kind of business are you running? The internet is not a source of making 100% for sure appointments. You need verbal consent before you send someone out to a person's home. Sometimes people only want an idea of how much it will cost such as labor and cost. Frymire was the vendor my builder (Drees) used for the initial installation. As such, when I was seeing much higher bills then my neighbors on my electric bill, I contacted them to come out. \r\n\r\nThey came out a few times, checked freon levels, etc and said there were no problems. Noticing that the upstairs unit ran ALL the time (we keep temps at 80 during day, and 77/78 at night!), I had them come out again about 1.5 years ago. They found that the condensor coil in the attic unit was only partially cooling (blockage). They replaced the part under warranty ($1500 or so I believe would have been the cost out of warranty). Last summer was the first I got to see if it fixed our problems, but alas it did not. I contacted them twice again toward the end of summer, early fall, and they agreed to send out a tech again. He said same thing, levels were fine, no leaks in the attic, etc. Only adjustment he recommended was removing the higher quality air filters I was using and using the cheap ones that flow more air. He also recommended bending the prongs on the various ducts around the house to redirect the air more into the rooms. We made those changes and still no improvements. \r\n\r\nI have since tried contacting Frymire both via their website and via phone (left messages for service managers, etc), and in 6+ attempts to contact them over the past 6 months, I have had NO ONE contact me. \r\n\r\nI have since had 2 other companies come out, and both said that the units that were installed were way UNDER capacity for the house. I'm now looking at very expensive bill to replace at least one complete unit (the upstairs unit, which seems to run ALL the time), although they recommend replacing both units. This is on a ~3600 sqft house that is barely just over 5 years old!\r\n
