Please do not take your car to this place for service. I bought 2 tires from them and they stripped all 10 of the lug nuts on both tires. Of course I didnt realize it until I had a flat and was stranded on the side of the road for over 2hrs because Roadside Rescue could do nothing, the lug nuts were completely stripped and rounded. I ended up having to drive on the flat tire to the nearest tire shop where they had to crack the lug nuts to get them off. When I contacted the dealership about this they did absolutely nothing and said because I had driven on the tire, that voided my warranty. I asked them did they expect me to sit on the side of the road all night? Anyway they are incompetent and when getting an oil change they say they check and refill the fluids, of course this wasnt done either. STAY AWAY!!!

purchased a 27k vehicle and then the salesman steve anthony tells me (after 6 hours) there were no floor mats and the second key was "somewhere" and he would mail with plates by the next Wednesday. reluctantly I left without the 2nd key. I called and emailed on that Thursday and Steve Anthony emailed back that the plates and key would be in the mail that day. The plates didnt arive by Tuesday and I called asking if there was a tracking number. The receptionist that answered said the plates were still @ dealership at the front desk. I asked to speak to a manager and .."got disconnected". I called back and the receptionist puts me through to Steve who told me he didn't know it happened and that there was no second key and I would have to drive all the way back to the dealer to get the second key.I told him i wanted to speak to a manager and incredibly was disconnected again. I call back and get the sales manager Billy Irwin? and he expresses his concern that this happened and I should have gotten a second key without issue and he will get to the bottom of the issue. he leaves a voice mail (after blocking his number ) saying the plates would be mailed but there was no key and "maybe the second key was in the vehicle under a seat or between the seats. inferring that i had the key ..that is absurd. again this is a 27k vehicle that they didn't include floor mats but even motel 6 gives you a second $%^$^ key right? i bought a Ford because i respected the company and my Dad always drove Fords ...this is a frustrating experience thus far ...

If you're ever in the market for a new vehicle. DO NOT visit the Doug Stanley dealership in DeSoto, TX. My experience was not pleasant...and I'm still paying for it! I didn't buy a car from them that day, and I will NEVER buy a car from them.

I had a 2003 Ford Expedition. I had been getting it seviced at Duncanville Ford and I just wasn't pleased with the service. My husband took it to Doug Stanley Ford and we became customers for life. The service department was extremely nice, caring, and well trained. It was worth the extra mileage!
