These are the worse apartment I have ever lived in. The customer service is TERRIBLE. I have never been talked down to so badly by a professional before in my life. The woman was rude, demeaning, and would not listen to any of my concerns.

I agree with cupcakes, it is the worst place to live... I have lived at the Villages of Copperfield for 9 years and only because I can afford to. The maintenance dept. is the WORST. I have been through about 13 Property Managers and they are all tell me the same thing... " Things will be better from now on, our maintenance dept will be on call and we are looking into a better system" HA it still doesn't work. I have been calling and Talking to the new manager Jerry and telling him over and over about the leaks in the walls and MOLD growing. Well apparently they just want you to pay the rent and forget about you. I also told them about the termites & HUGE Rodents in the walls messing with the wiring. I am tempted to call an attorney to get out of this horrible place. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT MOVING INTO THIS PLACE!!!!!

Pros: Nothing comes to mind

Cons: EVERYTHING about the apartments

I lived here for many years and was content if not pleased with management and maintenance before the current mgmt co. took over. It says CH Condominiums on my lease but we have been given other documents with different names on them. Anyways, They have let these apartments go to the "chiefly nocturnal insects" and rodents. The maintenance crew is driven by a "patch it up as cheaply as possible" mentality that is not reprimanded or showing any signs of improvement, in fact it is only making things exponentially worse. The "10 MILLION $$$ Renovation" was a joke. They did a lot of superficial work that made these apartments look fantastic on the outside but spent no money in repairing, upgrading or updating the interiors except of course for the office! The upgrades that are offered for the residents are done so with a rent increase and I know several residents who have been paying extra money for months and STILL have no upgrades. The amenities advertised are often unavailable, such as the pools which are often locked for no reason and hot tub at Phase III that has not worked for almost two years. I strongly advise you to look for any other options before moving into these "slums". The Villages of Copperfield apartments, which used to be The Waterford, Hampton Hill and The Chesapeake, have shown no intention of being anything they claim to be for their residents. Shame on them, some day (soon I hope) what goes around comes right back around to them. The sign facing HWY 6 says "You deserve to live here" and I am extremely offended because truly no one deserves this!

Pros: You will be inspired to find better living conditions and support justice.

Cons: Cockoaches, extermely slow or non existent maintenance, constantly changing management
