Dirt Free Carpet Cleaning

i had dirt free to come and service my home. i was really pleased by the whole cleaning process. the most surprising thing was stains that the other ccompany couldnt removed...dirt free were was to get those stains out. there were no chemicals and the carpet have a clean smell afterwards. my carpet dried in no time. i was very pleased.

Pros: no more stains

Recently I had been considering replacing my carpet. I saw Dirt Free on Great Day Houston and I was amazed by the cleaning process. I called the office and because I had seen the show...I got a really good deal on my cleaning. When I set my appointment 10-1...I didnt realize that was a window of arrival. The dispatch called to confirm my appotment about 9:30 and explained that my appointment was BETWEEN 10-1, and she would call when the tech was on his way. I was able to run a few errands before he arrived @ 10:30. I was actually a little late for the appointment, but needless to say the tech waited and seemed not to be bothered. His uniform was clean and he was very well groomed. The technician was very polite and explained what services I needed and went over all cost with me before any work was done. This made me feel very comfortable. The cleaning was so thorough...and the results were phenomenal...It actually looked like NEW carpet. I had some permanent stains that I thought would never come up to disappear. I was VERY pleased with the service and I will most definitely use Dirt Free again.

Cons: i didnt understand time of arrival

I had sears carpet cleaning out and my pathways did not come clean so I rented a machine and did it myself it still looked bad .After hearing aubrey theode on the radio I gave dirt free a try and I was very happy with how it all looked and it stayed clean for over a year . I will be calling them back each year to clean ...............................

I had my carpets cleaned about 6 months ago by dirt free. they were on time for the appointment and the price i got is what i was quoted over the phone. i bought the carpet protectant and it is still spotless to this day. they really deep cleaned the carpet and no spots came back like they used to when i used other companies in houston. their machinery seems to be way more powerful than other companies i have used in the past. i will only use dirt free in the future to get my carpets cleaned.

Pros: a real deep clean, will use again

We had Dirt free come out and clean our carpet 2 weeks ago.Tthe technicain was very professional and was up front with all pricing before any cleaning was done. Our carpet was dry within 1 1/2 hours, and to this day is still as clean as it was when they left. I have told all friends about this awesome company, and will definately use them again.

I had my carpets cleaned by Dirt free. The guy that came out was professional and he explained everything to me about the cleaning and the price up front. I would recommend Dirt free to my friends and family.

We had just had are carpet cleaned the day before Dirt Free showed up cleaning my neighbors house. After he finished his job there, He knocked on my door and offered a demo. I thought to myself why not what could be the downside. He cleaned a small area first and I was amazed at the difference. Even though it had been cleaned the day before I could still see change. I recommend it to everyone.

We've had our carpet cleaned by several different "companies" in the past with disappointing results, but not when Dirt Free came out. We had a wine stain that would always come back a few days later after is was cleaned many times. We were getting ready to replace the carpet when I heard about Dirt Free. Their friendly carpet technician came out, and explained everything thoroughly and didn't push any unneeded extras on us. It has been a month and the stain is still gone!! My wife and I were so happy that we did not have to spend the money to replace the carpet!

We have used this company several times, in Houston and here in San Antonio, however our last experience was very disappointing. While the carpet cleaning is satisfactory, their extra services are suspect at best. Their product that they say gets rid of pet urine odor did not work - beware because your extra $40 per room will be wasted!

The technician was prompt and did an excellent job. Our carpet was cleaned excellently, both our old carpet and then later the new carpet. We had wanted them to restretch our carpet but the technician was honest and said he could do the work but it would be a scam as the backing was bad. It is uncommon to get an honest person. He made no money on the new carpet and had no input on where we went for the new carpet: thus, no incentive to lie about the backing. Our new carpet has been cleaned a couple of times and it always looks like new. This is a feat, as we have 8 people living in our home. Many of them children. I guess it depends on your technician if you get god service or not.

Cons: A little pricey compared to all the offers you get in the mail
