I went to Blue Bonnet Ford in New Braunfels and will never go there again. I have bought 3 new vehicles there and just purchased a used one. I went there July 5th 2013 and purchased a used Escape Hybrid. My wife picked out the vehicle and told the salesman that the car needed interior cleaned, replace piece missing on front, and driver window defect. Salesman told us to pick up vehicle July 6th and we did and nothing was done. We told him engine warning light was coming on and he said bring it back next week and we will get everything fixed and will check engine. Brought it back July 8th Blue Bonnet service had for 3 days. Picked up vehicle and the only thing done was vehicle cleaned. Salesman said part was ordered and sent us to place to have window fixed and they checked engine and found nothing wrong. Went to window repair shop and they could not work us in. Called salesman and said he would schedule when part came in. We waited and heard nothing and called on July 22nd and told him warning light kept coming on. The salesman then called us back and said service had not ordered part and he would take care of it. Waited and heard nothing and had to call salesman again. Now, the engine warning light told my wife to turn off engine immediately, in Downtown Austin. Now salesman asked my wife if we purchased extended warranty because car was sold as is. I purchased my first new car from Blue Bonnet when they were off the square in New Braunfels and your word meant something. I am in the skilled work force and in charge of up to a 100 men and my word still means every thing to me. So in closing to all the skilled work force between San Antonio and Austin and we have probably worked together somewhere in my 35 years in the trade
running jobs. Stay clear of Blue Bonnet motors because honesty, integrity and that small hometown spirit is no longer a standard there. Now as far as there salesman goes I wouldnt
piss in his ear if his head was on fire.

I can not stop raving about my new explorer I bought from Bluebonnet Ford! My salesperson, Lynn, was so helpful and I felt at ease when I was at the dearlership. I was having trouble with my Enclave and I thought maybe I should look at trading it off. I looked at the reviews on the new explorer and I really wanted to stay with a vehicle that had 3 rows of seats and tvs for my grandkids. I met Lynn and she said lets drive it and she explained all the new fancy gadgets on it like the jukebox on the stereo, sync on the stereo and lots of other stuff. I wasn't that interested in all that but my grandkids think I am the berries now because they can play all of their electronics in my new explorer. I went inside and met Christi her sales manager and Don in finance. They all made me feel so welcome. I have been back to the dearlership to get my oil changed with Gary in Service. He is a wonderful man too. I would suggest Bluebonnet to everyone and I had a great experience there. No hassel and no pressure to buy a thing. Thanks Bluebonnet!

I bought my first Jeep at Bluebonnet Motors and I loved my experience. I had a Mustang and wanted a bigger vehicle. I had been looking at Jeeps but I wasn't really sure what I really wanted. I went to go and look at the used Jeeps and Sheli Smart came up to me on the lot and asked me if she could help me. We went for a drive and she asked me all kinds of questions of what I was wanting in a Jeep. She told me she had just bought one and loved it. We drove the Jeep and then we came back and I told her to go and see what I could get for my Mustang. She came back with a price. I told her I wanted to drive the Jeep one more time before I made up my mind and she said that was fine. We came back and that was it....I was a JEEP OWNER! She brought her sales manager, Christi McKinley out to meet me and I really liked dealing with women instead of men. I had a great experience at Bluebonnet and I love my Jeep. Sheli called me about a week or so later to see how everything was going. I don't only feel like I got a new car...but I got a new friend too. I went into the finance office and I met Don. He was courteous and friendly too. He explained all my paperwork to me and got me a great interest rate too. In April 2012 I bought a King Ranch F150. I want to say dealing with Bluebonnet Motors was the best decision I have made in a long time. My wife had bought a Lincoln MKX in March and told me to contact Sheli Smart who was her sales person. I contacted Sheli, told her everything I wanted on the truck, told her what I was trading in, which was a 2011 GMC. I had a HORRIBLE experience at Brown Pontiac in Amarillo TX. They were trying to sell me a used 2012 GMC for more than I would of paid for a new 2012. I would never recommend them to anyone. I called and got Sheli Smart...what a lady! We did everything over the phone. Her sales manager, Christi McKinley, gave me exactly what I wanted for my Escalade and I got a great deal on my Lincoln MKZ. The gas mileage is great! I got the color I wanted and for it to be a used vehicle it was clean, had super low mileage, and was loaded inside with XM radio, Sync, Sunroof, tinted windows, leather, heated and cooled seats...I could go on and on. I was so pleased with my experience I have sent 3 friends to buy a vehicle there and they are all pleased. As far as I am concerned...I will never buy a vehicle anywhere but Bluebonnet Motors! Take my advice... Price is the difference because a complete lack of customer service, customer satisfaction and most of all basic communication is the real price you pay!
I went looking for a new truck, and was talked into a used truck that was said to be the best deal for me. I have already had this truck in twice for warranty work, and the truck is now having transmission issues! They didn??t put Nitrogen in my tires, but charged me for this because it is required by the dealership! I??ve had the truck for 2 months and the tire light is on. After I signed the contract, I never got the promised call to let me know who picked up the note. I never got a call to let me know the plates were in. The truck had less than 200 miles until the 1st free oil change was due. I got an "overpayment of registration" check in the mail only receive a registration renewal notice in the mail a few days later. I lost that check and got tossed back and forth trying to get the check re-issued. A week and a letter of complaint later, I finally got the check re-issued. On Sept 28th, I was promised a call from the GM, but I haven't received that call to date. Oh, and checkout what my salesman, Jerome, had to say about my letter of complaint... His closing statements are attached below:
???Again I am very sorry for all you??ve had to go through. I can only hope that you will consider our apologies and also realize that we are all human. Though it may seem, in your opinion, Bluebonnet is not worth recommending, other dealerships have humans working for them as well and no one is perfect. Your letter indicates you will not be shopping here again or recommending us. If that remains true I hope you find a dealership that meets your standards.

Not very friendly, and none of the people acted like they really wanted to sell us a car. In fact, while we were in the guy's office trying to find out about what payments would be like, he kept going to the manager's office. We thought he might be trying to find out about a price, instead we saw that they were just watching videos on YouTube. I don't recommend them at all.

In fact, while we were in the guy's office trying to find out about what payments would be like, he kept going to the manager's office. We thought he might be trying to find out about a price, instead we saw that they were just watching videos on YouTube. I don't recommend them at all.
