A while back (the last time I brought a car in for service) I had several issues. I had brought in my 2008 Escape. It had left with the vehicle report card full of green checks, one of which was indicating my battery was in perfect health.

I bought a superduty used vehicle there, sales rep said that the vehicle was in good shape and that it had never been wrecked, after 2 months of driving this truck, it broke down, then they say it wasnt covered by warranty, though i bought an extended warranty. Also, i asked for a carfax report, and they didnt give me one. Come to find out later that it had frame damage. Also, i took my truck in there again because it broke down and they tried to say that there was more wrong with it than there was. I didnt not believe them, so i took my truck somewhere else for a second opinion, and turns out that Riata Ford in Manor was lying. They flat out looked me in the face and lied to me about what was wrong with my truck. They are liars and crooks. Dont buy a vehicle here or take one in to get repaired. The sales staff is unprofessional and crooks.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience recently, and the most memorable part was the sales guy Christopher, he was very attentive to my needs and im going back to see him soon! Riata was very friendly and professional when i got my truck from them a couple of years ago, and when i went back recently to look at trading in, i met Christopher and he is wonderful, i recommend Riata and i defiantly suggest you work with christopher!

I had the most wonderful shopping experience recently, and the most memorable part was the sales guy Christopher, he was very attentive to my needs and im going back to see him soon! Riata was very friendly and professional when i got my truck from them a couple of years ago, and when i went back recently to look at trading in, i met Christopher and he is wonderful, i recommend Riata and i defiantly suggest you work with christopher!

I own 2 fords that I have had both serviced at this dealership and the service that I have gotten there is 100%
bad. Most of the time you are lucky if they even look at your vehicle the same day. I dropped off my ranger to have an oil service and a flat repair done, at 8am, they told me i would be done around noon, I show up at the dealership around 3pm to pick up my car they have not even looked at it yet. Then when they decided to finish my oil service, the check sheet of all the things that they are supposed to check was filled out incorrectly, they did not even check brake pads or any of the suspension, they checked that my cv boots were good my vehicle does not even have cv boots. I took my truck less than 100 miles after this service to some one else and both my front wheel bearings were very loose, I guess that was not on their check list.
They also will try to charge you for everything, my wife thought that the power steering was making abnormal noise so I took it in. When I took it in I had a couple of things for them to look at like a check engine light etc, they did not think that the power steering sounded abnormal, they wanted to charge me for the time it took them to check my power steering fluid, despite the other services I was already paying for. I have had my F-150 in for a few things before too, every time I go in its the same song and dance, they never call you, you have to call them, it is never done on time, you will have to take it back because it does not get fixed.
