We would like to thank all the staff who worked on our house in the rain at times and blistering heat. Professionalism, dedication, courtesy and workmanship from the project planner, roofers, painters, window installers and construction staff was amazing. After receiving hail damage to the roof and back of the house a call to Roof Crafters put us
in good hands of getting the workmanship we wanted to do the repairs as well as additional items we had only dreamed of for years. Now with a new roof, new windows, replacement to some siding, new paint and a
wonderful porch addition we could not be more pleased with our new house and choice of companies.

RoofCrafters was our contractor of choice for our new windows, siding, paint and roof. The entire job went as planned and had what I would say was a seamless process to it. The project as a whole was obviously planned and coordinated well. It's nice to work with professionals who care about the details and with one company who could handle everything. Finger pointing was replaced with performance, and delays were kept to an acceptable minimum. The new windows have made it so quiet in our home that this is the first time we did not hear the fireworks on the 4th of July--in fact we were surprised to have missed them altogether!

Your company recently replaced my roof and the crew of employees who did the actual work did a very good job. They were professional and courteous. I also would like to acknowledge your Project Planner for his courteousness and professionalism. I learned a lot from him and felt more comfortable going forward with a big and expensive project after his recommendations and guidance.

Your representative and his crew installed a new roof on our house in Sun City, Georgetown. We are very pleased with the job they did. They were here early in the morning, worked non-stop on an extremely hot day and cleaned up the premises before they left. We would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a new roof.

Thank you for the excellent job you did replacing my roof. Since you put it on in March the weather has given it a real workout?wind, rain, and small hail. It still looks great, just like the day you finished it. I was also pleased with how quickly you got the job done. Your crew was efficient at getting in and out and cleaning up after themselves. It is obvious that you take great pride in what you do and it shows through in the finished product.

I use extreme caution making decisions concerning home repairs. Through the tedious process of getting estimates and after much prayer, God let it be known that I was to employ RoofCrafters. Your representatives were very understanding of my needs both with my roof and my finances. They were patient with my questions and promptly responded to calls. They are a great team?obviously an asset to your company. My roof looks great and I no longer have raindrops falling on my head inside the house.

They did not get up on the roof to take a look
They used the quote from our insurance company paperwork and quoted us the full amount without even getting on the roof to take a look for themselves.

I am an experienced long time Custom Builder both in Residential and Commercial, I also do Remodeling. I have used RoofCrafters on numerous jobs and plan to continue doing just that going forward.
Here are my reasons for reccomending them:
* From the start, There proposals are always well detailed.
*They run a well organized operation, From installation to service after the sale.
*They do great clean up.
* They always answer there phones, whether its new business or a problem that I need taken care of.
* When a problem does come up, they respond and keep me in the loop.
* They can do so many more things than just roofing or just one type of roof, and when you do a wide variety of jobs, Many differant solutions are needed, I like there one stop shop, It saves allot of time and finger pointing. That adds allot of value for my Company.
