Salesman very easy to work with. Work completed in a matter of a few hours, and looks very solidly done. My only complaint was that the scheduling process left a lot up in the air. In the end, though, the time from contract signing to installation was only a matter of days (10, I think), so it wasn't a big deal. I would hire them again.

I'm a General Contractor who has been building all over Central Texas for the last seven years. Gary w/Austin Gutter King has been my go-to gutter installer the entire time. His prices are always fair and his product quality is great but the reason I keep coming back time and time again is his insistance on fantastic customer care. Great communication from Gary and all of his staff has proven to be key in the success they have seen. Keep up the good work Gary. I would recomend Austin Gutter King to anyone.

Moving into a new house we needed gutters. We saw that Austin Gutter King was doing some work for some neighbors so we walked over and investigated the job, that is when we met Gary Kulp. Gary proceeded to come by our house and talk about our unique situation(roof line). Gary was/is professional, is solution oriented and stands behind his work 110%. He is responsive and completes the work in a timley fashion. We have been working off and on with Gary over the past 5 years and each time we speak he still remembers our name and location of our home like it was yesterday. In this day and age it is so nice to know that with Austin Gutter King you are getting a quality product, installed correctly in a timely fashion and deliverd with a postive and professional attude...not to meniton that Gary will stand by his work/product and know that he will be here in the future to service any needs that arise.

Gary and his team first added gutters to a property of mine in Round Rock. The work was excellent and I had no complaints. A few years later, we purchased a house with some rain gutters already installed. However, we noticed that other parts of the house did not have gutters, and water was all routed to one central location, causing a mess in front of our house. Being a previously satisfied customer, I called Austin Gutter King, and a full external inspection was performed on my house and it was determined the flow of water could be optimized by adding only a few extra gutters to the existing plan. Ryan explained all the processes to me, and even had examples of different size gutters, and other parts that would be used during the installation. I would highly recommend Austin Gutter King.

Austin Gutter King did a phenomenal job replacing gutters at my residence. The work was done in a timely and respectful manner. Moreover, the company came back and repaired some damage to the roof area when it was unclear if Austin Gutter King's workers caused the damage or if it was caused by another contractor. No questions asked, Austin Gutter King was happy to resolve the issue.

We recently had gutters installed by Austin Gutter King. Called for an appointment and receptionist was very friendly and courteous. Told us that the rep would call 15 minutes prior to his appt, which he did. He arrived in a small fuel-efficient car (which I appreciated from a green perspective) He was very helpful and showed us all of the sample materials. We chose a style of gutter that he said was installed by only one of their employees. Said that he liked to work alone because he was very particular about his work. We also asked about rainwater collection. He said he could sell us rainwater barrels, but that the better deal would be to purchase them from the City of Austin. He said that he would note which down-spout would have the rainwater barrel and would adjust the height of the spout accordingly. Several weeks later we received a call from the installer, letting us know when he would be out to install. He spent less than a day and the job was done PERFECTLY!! Beautiful craftsmanship! a week or so later the Quality Inspector arranging an appointment to check the installation. He made a slight adjustment to one down-spout and all was done. Every person working for this company was very professional and courteous and the work was fantastic!!! We highly recommend them to anyone seeking to have gutters installed!

If you want to deal with an honest guy who follows through on promises, call Gary Kulp, the Austin Gutter King. He and his team recommended their Leaf Proof product for the back gutter on my house at a price that was in the middle of four other competitors. Because of Gary's sales skills and promises of customer satisfaction, I decided to go with his group.

We have not had much rain this year, so I really could not determine if the Leaf Proof was working or not. But Gary kept contacting me by email, and when I told him after a big rain that the Leaf Proof was not working, he and his entire team were going to come out next time it rained to observe why.

Again, we had so little rain, we could not get the timing down on the observation, so I finally was able to observe myself late one night when a storm came. I told Gary about a depressed area on my roof that was channeling water, causing it to spill over the Leaf Proof.

Gary offered to exchange the Leaf Proof in that area for a different product that has small holes in it so the water starts draining before it reaches the gutter edge. He did so on three panels. The new product worked so well the next time it rained, I told Gary that I wished I had gotten it on the entire length. So Gary offered to exchange it, also free of charge. Another installer probably would have charged me extra.

I do not think Gary made as much on my sale as he could have, but customer satisfaction seems more important to him. My only complaints are that I think Gary's team needs to focus on better clean up after the job. Other than that, I'm a really big fan and will have Austin Gutter King do all of my future work.

Austin Gutter King installed 1/4 round 6" Copper gutters on my new home on Lake Austin. They took the time to meet with my builder and landscape architect to work out drainage and design. They even emailed pictures of my house, drawing in where the downspouts will go for my approval.

The gutters were installed exactly as agreed and look perfect. No mess was left on the job site.

I got gutters from Austin Gutterman 5 years ago and wasn't particularly impressed. They were late, they blared tejano music the whole time they were on the job, they left scrap gutter in the yard. A hail storm earlier this year destroyed my gutters, so I decided to try AGK. What a difference, their employees were polite, punctual, neat, conversational, thorough and accomodating. The salesman gave me tons of options from colors and styles to ways to save money using water collection. They sold me an oak barrel to collect rain for watering my flowers, you could still smell the whiskey in it. Anyway, the installers did a great job, it looks exactly like I hoped it would. After the job was completed they sent their quality inspector to check the job, I had an issue with a spout in the front and he changed it right then, no charge. I had a great experience with austin gutter king.

I first met Gary Kulp almost 5 years ago when i was building a new home. I wanted the best and was impressed with his professionalism and interest in my needs. Four years later, I was experiencing problems with some of the drainage from my roof. Austin Gutter King came out, evaluated my problem and made the changes necessary without delay or additional charges to me.

I am very impressed with them and recommend them highly to anyone needing new gutters.

I recently had gutters and a patio cover installed by Autin Gutter King.

From the first time I had contact with them, til the end of the work, the associates I dealt with were courteous and very professional. Although it took a little too long for the work to start, (due to weather) when the work started, it went on a timely manner and the workers were knowledgeable in their field.

The work is good. There are a couple of glitches we are working on with the patio cover, however, I am confident they will be taken care of. The patio cover was rated top notch by the city of Kyle inspector. I am just too picky.

We could not be more pleased with our gutter installation from Austin Gutter King. We completed our due diligence and invited AGK along with one other company out to our ranch to provide quotes. The AGK sales rep obviously cared more about our actual needs than selling us upgrades.

Mike & John did our initial installation and were quite professional. The only glitch was that I had forgotten to tell Randy, the sales rep, that our painting was incomplete and would require two of our downspouts to be white. "No problem", the first Mike told me as the other Mike who is the quality inspector would install those in a few days when he returned to check their work.

"Wow" is the only appropriate response. Mike actually customized those two downspouts to fit the configuration of our porch corners & railings. We will recommend Austin Gutter King to several of our friends who are in the pre-construction phase.

I called Austin Gutter King around three years ago to get gutters installed around my house. I chose Austin Gutter King because I got a really good feeling from the represenative that came out and gave an estimate. The service was fantastic, and the staff was professional and very nice. I've had a few very minor things that I required help with since, and Austin Gutter King was on the ball getting to my house and getting things done! I love Austin Gutter King and am so glad I got my gutters from them.

What a breath of fresh air to see that a company with such great customer service still exists!! I got estimates from a few other companies to install gutters on my house, and like most people, I know nothing about gutters other that they collect and divert rainwater from my house. The other companies would simply say, "here's what it will cost", with no explanation of what I was getting. The AGK sales rep was very friendly and helpful by showing us exactly what we were getting. I will say that AGK was not the lowest bid we received, but after seeing the value in the quality product we were getting I quickly realized that AGK was the way to go. The installer was extremely well trained and did a beautiful job. Visitors always comment that they can hardly see the gutters. The follow-up service was even more special when we had a job inspector come out to make sure all was done right and that we were happy. You just don't see this kind of customer care anymore. I highly recommend Austin Gutter King!!

I called several companies to get a quote for gutters and most just ignored me and I had to call multiple times to actually get anyone to come out and give me a quote. AGK had a real person answering phones and set up an apointment immediately. The saleman who came out to do a quote was very prompt and actually had the options worked out before we even met, along with pricing. The workers came on time as planned and I received at least 2 follow-up phone calls (and one in-person visit) where they wanted to ensure I was satisfied. They are a little pricey, but I would definitely spend the money again to get the peace of mind that the job will be done one time and without hassles.

Friendly staff who understands the value of having a good customer experience. Performed a quality inspection over 1 yr after gutters were installed. No negotiation was required! Response time is quick. They seem to hold themselves accountable for what services they provide. Sometimes that's hard to find.

Austin Gutter King has done two projects for us. In both cases they were very professional, performed quality workmanship, were timely in their work and had excellent customer service orientation and skills. They even fixed (at their expense) some problems that the roofers had caused even though it was not their problem. We will definitely use Austin Gutter King again when the need arises!

In an industry where you hear so many horror stories, Austin Gutter King was a wonderful surprise. I have had numerous dealings with this company, from the original sales visit, to installation of the gutters, numerous cleanings and even upgrading with screens and they have all been very positive. The people I have dealt with have all been honest and professional, and the company is very customer service oriented. Look no further if you need gutters !
