Al's Plumbing

I have been using Al's Plumbing for about 15 years now. They have always done a great job for me and I have referred them to family, friends and church members and have always gotten positive feedback. As a matter of fact, our church uses Al's for plumbing and air conditioning. The plumbers give you a price before starting the work so you will always know your price before the work is even started. Al's has some of the most polite and friendly employees. The plumber is good about showing me the prices in their book and explaining the problems and costs to me so I can understand. Al's has an exceptional senior citizen discount that always comes in handy.

I was upset when I found out that my Mother spent $1200 to have 1 toilet tank filler and 1 flapper valve in each toilet ( 3 toilets total),, Plus 2 shut off valves on 2 toilets. This is an easy job to do and parts are cheap.. It took the Plumber, Keith and his helper less than an hour to do all three toilets.. The parts cost was under $75 dollars. So thats around $1100 an hour for labor!!?? I did call the Manager,, Dustin.. The job was done in July .. Before he started work as a manager there.. He said this was actually a discounted job and normally it would have been around$1400!!! Is this insane or am I just way out of touch? I called Chambers Plumbing for an estimate and they told me they charge $98.00 an hour plus parts.. I'm mainly upset that a company can take advantage of the elderly like this... Just awful

My son's bathroom was a mess and neither my husband nor I could fix it (we tried but no way). We calld Al's and it was fixed the following day, in about 45 minutes at a very good price. Very good service and very fast.

I've used Al's plumbing a few times over the past 5 years and have always been pleased with their service. Last week I had them change out my water heater which was located in my attic. The guys did a great job removing the old one which was leaking water. They laid down plastic protection for my floors and took extra precaution such as wearing shoe covers. I am very pleased with the service they have provided me with. Their prices comparable and warranties are a plus. I will certainly continue to use this company and will continue to refer them to my friends.
