It was after 4pm and I simply wanted to deliver a care package to my son in Colorado, but it contained refrigerated items. David patiently (& very efficiently!) helped me find a way to send the package in a timely and affordable manner...which required dry ice. It was almost 5pm and dry ice was only for sale across town, but I needed to be downtown at 5pm. Just when it looked like I had to give up on shipping my package, David's dad, Jim, stepped in & offered to pick up the dry ice for me. He then returned, repackaged my shipment and got it out for immediate delivery. My son really enjoyed receiving the homemade items! Surely no other shipping business would have gone that far above and beyond to help a customer!

PostNet is a great place, mostly because of the people who work there and their extremely accommodating attitudes. If you have a special need, their staff will make a real effort to support you.

Post Net offers a surprisingly high level of customer service and friendliness!

PostNet never ceases to amaze me! David and his crew take the best care of their clients and go well beyond what is expected. Their business cards, brochures, and flyers have kept me coming back for more. And now, I trust these guys enough to put my wedding announcements and invitations in their hands - they are THAT impressive. I would trust them w/ anything I needed.

I have used PostNet a number of times for print projects. The quality is excellent and they go above and beyond to make sure your materials are the best they can be. I can give three examples:

1. I needed door hangers printed with a perforated tear-off postcard. Their template uses a smaller tear-off postcard than what I needed - but they made it exactly how I specified and didn't charge me extra. And they looked great!

2. I wanted glossy business cards but I also wanted to be able to write on the back of them (and you can't write on gloss). I was willing to sacrifice the ability to write on the back so I could have the look I wanted, but without my even asking, the owner told me that I could have glossy front and matte back. I just got the cards and they look wonderful. PostNet really added value for me in this instance.

3. I needed to get a small quantity of brochures printed. Without going into the details of why, I wasn't able to get the page size exactly to their template but they made it work anyway.

When a company works with you and makes your ideas and needs come true, what more can you possibly ask for???? They're a fabulous resource at great prices.

We have used Post Net on Far West for all of our special printing needs since 2002 and the service just continues to get better as the years go by. Jim,
David, and their staff really seem to care a great deal about their customers and never fall short in the quality of their work. If you have any printing or shipping needs, there's no better choice than Post Net on Far West.

We have been working with David and his staff for over five years. We have five Mangia Pizza restaurants here in the Austin area and PostNet handles all of our copying, printing and shipping. Whether it is a job we have submitted well in advance or when we need something in a pinch (and there have been a bunch of those), the staff is always on top of it and they always get the job done right. Prices are always good but it is really the personal service that we get from David, Jim, Michael, Anna and the entire staff that sets PostNet Farwest apart and above all the rest.

I have been a fatihful customer of David Petty and his store for close to a year now. As a small business owner, every penny spent is a carefully thought out decision. PostNet not only designed my business cards, brochures and several other marketing pieces, but printed and delivered them in less time than promised at EXACTLY the price quoted. WOW!. It's like having a relative in the printing business. I had looked at using an online business card company using thier "stock" design. David and his staff designed a signature card for a few cents more. It was well worth it. My print material allows me to market my flower shop to prospective customers and let them know I'm a professional and am in the business for the long haul. In this economy, impressions are even more important. David has helped me give my business a recognizable name and face in my community. His staff has always been pleasant, helpful and professional. I can only say very positive things about David Petty and his staff at PostNet. I highly recommend them.

As a business owner I often do not have the time to follow up with suppliers or to monitor the status of an order. David and his team understand and make sure that my orders are completed quickly and error free. They frequently send me reminders when they are waiting on a response and make my print orders painless. In summary they make my life easier. I know that I can trust them with my business and use them exclusively.

It was such a relief to discover Postnet on Far West. I had been using a variety of different print services and was never fully satisfied with the outcome of products for my business. I've used PostNet for printing, shipping, copying, and business cards. I also was able to send them a digital file of a photo and have it turned into awesome inspirational postcards for my business. The convenience of the online ordering and quick pick up makes it easy to plan my errands. It's also a pleasure to work with professionals in the business who fully enjoy what they do. I've recommended PostNet to a variety of other business owners with complete confidence knowing that their jobs will be well done, timely, and priced fairly.

I've been using Postnet for years for my printing needs. They are excellent! They reguarly print my business cards, real estate flyers, party invites, postcards, thank you note cards, letterhead,koozies, etc. You name it...they can print it! The service is wonderful...they make sure the job is done quickly and done right. On numerous occassions, the printing has been personally delievered to my office! Talk about service! I highly recommend PostNets - they are top notch!

I came into Post Net over a year ago to find the cheapest shipping for my nephew's birthday present and was pleased with their service. I came in every so often to run a couple of copies of whatever, and never really had any problems or wait times. Things changed when my old job downsized and my wife and I started our small business doing java software and web commerce, and we found that PostNet has been a valuable resource. We opened a mailbox for our business with Post Net, and do most of our shipping through them as well. Jim and David are almost too nice for their own good, and always have a positive attitude every time I come in. They knew exactly what I wanted when I reprinted my new business cards, which by the way, were much better than my last OfficeMax cards (thats a whole other review). These guys definitely know what they're doing and are very professional. Last Christmas, they worked with my wife to enlarge and print a photo collage she had made. One of the girls at PostNet was very helpful with the layout and even offered to retouch some of the pictures. In the end the project became great presents for our immediate family without breaking the bank. In short, these guys rock! Thanks guys!

I highly recommend David and his staff at PostNet. We have used PostNet several times and have been pleased each time. If you are looking for a printing service that delivers a great product at a reasonable price than look no further.

I went to Postnet because I need some business cards in a hurry. They made me some great business cards at an even better price. I was so impressed seeing an email in my inbox the day after I ordered them saying they were ready for pick-up. I will use them for all presentations, signage, and shipping needs because this is a one-stop shop that get's the job done right!
