Worst place ever. Don't waste your time. Says they have designer brands. The clothes in there were very over worn and shouldn't be sold to other unsuspecting people.

This place has the rudest, meanest employees I think i've ever seen. I went in one day to sell some clothes and was immediately greeted with a "We don't take clothes in a trash bag." No hello or please return with another container. After overcoming my stunned emotion, the woman finally explained that the bags will rip. I then returned and was told it would take an hour, so I decided to come back another day. On that another day, I was thrown a slip of paper and told to fill it out and when I asked for clarification on one of the questions, the woman merely reread it to me in a condescending manner. Then when I came back to pick up the clothes, the woman told me they'd pay $2 a shirts, several of which still had the tags on them. The woman didn't even look me in the eye at all. I reluctantly took the money. These employees must be bitter fashion majors who couldn't get a job anywhere else. Go elsewhere like Buffalo Exchange where even if they won't take your clothes, at least they are nice and respectful.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Worst employees, they will give you almost nothing for your clothes.
