I can't echo enough how horrible this place is. The guy above me has said everything that i could possibly say about his place. Been here about 1 year 3 months. Have gone without hot water at LEAST 12 times, at one point went without hot water for 5 straight days and 6 days out of 8. I have even been without electricity for 3 days!!! Not the hurricane either. The sink constantly backs up into the basin leaving nasty trash, upchuck etc. along with an incredibly foul smell. The staff is by far the worst i have ever encountered in my 10 years of renting apts. I seriously warn you that unless you want to be miserable don't move here.

I have been a resident here at the Aberdeen Apartments for over a year and half now and can not understand how that happened being that I have been lied to, mistreated by most of the staff there and not respected as a resident. From the first contract that I did with them, I had to endure with lease agent misplacing my first payment and putting it on another resident?s file, which they never found. Then I had one of their past leasing agents, Justin make a racial remark towards me, and was refused corporates phone number . My partner and I did another contract with them because the apartment that we really wanted we had to be on a really long waiting list, which we did not have the time for, unfortunately. We signed a contract with first leasing agent Chris, then Laura or Laurie, and finished off with Manager Tia. Now at first everyone was very nice and promising that we were going to have a better experience this time due to their new management. We always made our payments on time and never had a complaint against us with any of our neighbors and then when my partner had to go address an issue they were everything BUT helpful and nice. They lost one of my papers in my file, to their benefit, but fortunately I have 2 copies of this paper but this is after the emotional drama that they put us through and humiliation in front of their staff and other residents. Their staff will only be nice to you, when you are doing a contract with them, of course because that is how they will make their commission and then when you are trying to cancel or not renew with them anymore they become very rude and irrational. Their staff is very unprofessional and Manager Tia is very rude and does not have the attitude and manners, to be in charge of an already unorganized staff. I think that the management company Greystone needs to really evaluate the staffing on this property and make changes there first in order to better their property and resident satisfaction.
