I moved into this place in 2008. Had an extremely noisey neighbor. I constantly complained to management about the noise. Their response was there wasn't much they could do because the woman kept saying that she didn't play her music that loud. After a little over a year of the noise I decided to move to another building within the complex due to finances. I got away from the noise but wound up with multiple other problems. The unit was infested with ants in the walls, termite damage to the door casings, multiple outlets that didn't work or were shorted out. The vent tube over the microwave wasn't attached. Squirrels were digging around in the attic. Then the bigger problem started when the city compliance inspection took place. My unit was chosen as part of the inspection. It failed for outlets that were not grounded. Two days prior to the inspectors returning, I came home from work to find that maintenance had entered my apartment to perform the repairs. They hadn't even given me any notice that they were going to be entering my apartment. A few days later I was going to watch a DVD but couldn't because it was gone. I searched the entire apartment for it, it was no where to be found. I then re-checked the entertainment unit to find that there were an additional four DVDs missing. I went to the office and reported the issue to Pam. She told me they would investigate the issue. Several months passed and multiple trips to the office inquiring about the DVD that were stolen until she told me "It's not like someone is just going to throw their hands up and volunteer a confession". At that point I decided it was time to move and file a report with the Plano police department and the Better Business Bureau. The police investigator contacted me to tell me that when he spoke with Laura (the manager), she told him that she had no record of who entered my apartment. The BBB tried multiple times to contact the office staff but each time they ignored the complaint. When I finally got out of there, I was charged the full reletting fee, and never received any part of my deposit back. I called and e-mailed their corporate office over and over, but they never responded. This place was bad enough with out the theives working there. Poor lighting outside, outdated hardly working appliances, old filthy carpets, peeling floor tiles, parking lot was full of trash and potholes. Their so called maintenance is anything but maintenance. The three that sit in the office are just that people that sit in an office, not to mention they're rude, ignorant and non-professional. If after reading this, you still choose to move here, make sure that you get a PO box at the post office because I had a couple of checks that were conviently "lost" in the mail (the office keeps a key to the mailbox at this place as well). Are ready to install your own locks, because the maintenance that lives on the grounds will watch and enter your apartment as soon as you leave. No way would I ever refer anyone to this place!

I loved living in Hunters Glen. The staff was very cordial and friendly. They worked with us on everything you could think of. We have pets, and need a storage facility, and they helped us with everything we needed. I would recommend them for anyone needed a place to live in the plano area. They are VERY resonable too.
