John's service group performs excellent work, with turnaround that is faster than the dealership at times and at a savings of 40%. Often, Sergi will call and offer the service at two prices: one using certified parts and one using after

We have taken our BMW 530i and 325i to Sergey for all our repairs. He has always been timely and responsive in his dealings with us, and he has fixed the problems. The cost is reasonable and well below prices quoted by the dealership. We

I drive a 330CI BMW and have been going to European Auto Tech for years, my family included. I took my car in, in the morning, complaining about the rear end shaking every time I accelerate. I hadn't heard from them all day so I called and

Thanks Arthur!!! (European Auto Tech) before a long road trip to have my car checked out. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. Arthur and his crew did great work and were honest, quick and friendly.?
5Every time I call I'm either on hold, or tossed about from one person to the other. First time I brought my car in for service, I did not know which way to go (where is the service entrance?) First, I though the name of the shop was European Auto Tech, but when I arrived at the shop's address the big sign read: Passport Motors. Second, no signs to direct me anywhere. I went to the front lobby and found no one in attendance. I went to the left side then the back of the shop, neither seemed the right place. Finally, I found the right entrance, it was on the right hand side. Third, the massive garage was packed with cars, but hardly anyone in sight. Got out of my car, walked around and found couple guys chatting away who acting inconvenienced to have a new customer. Not exactly the greeting I was expecting! When I came back a day later to pick up my car, the experience was pretty much the same. No cashier office/window in sight. I had to go through a back door and one office to find someone to help me.
In amazement, I wondered: Can I really trust these guys to work on my family's two German cars? To boot, the bill was almost the same as the dealer would've charged. Next time to the dealer I go.

When I told the manager how happy I was with the service he suggested I write a review online about it. The service was helpful and friendly. The pricing was fair and the mechanic seemed to really know what he was talking about. I had my 2003 BMW repaired and I was very happy with the results.
