I didn't give the score DS earned it. Everything for the cars to select from to the salesman ( Nick Rojas) who was great, to the service person who gased the car up and put on the license plate the experience was the best I ever ran across.it would be hard to make the experience any better. I wouldn't change a thing at all?this car buying experience was top of the line and I telling everyone I know to go there. Thanks for everything!!!!!!!
Charles Shipp was awesome!!!!! He and Tariq had me approved before I got to the dealership! Ken was great with the paperwork; it took longer to get my new insurance than it did to buy the car! It was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had!!!!!! Thank you so much! I will be back in a couple years to get my dream Mercedes!!!!! Absolutely nothing could have been better! Give Chaz a big raise!!!!!!!!!
Update: Happily, Rosie in Customer Service has since taken care of my complaint & has worked hard to resolve the issues with company sales training, policies, and other steps.
Original complaint: Misrepresent minor damage (less than $1000) turned out the whole front had been crashed. Way over $1000, and had to pay for other repairs as a result that cropped up soon after.
Just bought a new whip. Shout out to my Salesman, Jamie Loftin. He was awesome. The buying experience was stress free and left me with a peace of mind. Anyone looking for a GREAT car... see Jamie. His team will make it happen for ya. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Drivers Select and I feel compelled to commend you on your sales staff and in particular Steven Gayle. I had visited several dealerships without my husband and was discouraged from buying from any of them due to their hard sell technique and aggressive sales staff. My husband had heard your advertising on The Ticket radio station so we went to your site and we found the perfect vehicle for me. We came to your facility to view and test drive, we were warmly greeted by Steven and we told him exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was not yet ready and available so Steven offered another MKX for us to test drive. The test drive confirmed that we did indeed want to purchase the unavailable MKX and we had told Steven that our intention was to purchase that day but not once did he try to re-direct us to a different vehicle in order to make the sale on that day, instead he explained your "Recon" process and offered to monitor the vehicle and advise us immediately upon it's release.
Before meeting Steven we had decided that if that vehicle was not available we were moving on the the Lincoln dealership where we had found another MKX in our price range available immediately but after working with Steven and directly due to his courteous manner and soft sell style, we were so impressed that we lost all interest in visiting another dealership.
When we went in to pick up the vehicle Steven again impressed us, he had another vendor arrive while we were waiting for paperwork to be completed and he insisted on remaining with us rather than leaving us alone to go and attend to the other prospective buyer. He also followed up with my husband to see how I was enjoying the vehicle a few days after we had driven off your lot.
In closing, I must say that Steven was directly responsible for our sale and we will at any given opportunity, highly recommend DriversSelect.com and particularly Steven as a salesman. If your train all your sales staff the way you have trained Steven we see nothing but success for you in the future and we will certainly be repeat customers.

I Purchased a car with (I think the salesman??s name was Kevin Keough) I bought that Cadillac XLR and lemme just say he??s a GREAT guy to work with I cant say enough good things about him he was wonderful! I love my car!
Lisa Hope, Sam Wahezi and the Service Manger really hit a home run. I couldn't believe I was at a dealership, I was treated with respect the moment I walked thru the doors. I couldn't believe Lisa's commitment thru the whole process, she called back when she said she would and always kept me informed. I liked her no nonsense approach and she listened to me and understood what was important to me.
The Service Manager stood behind his, Lisa and Sam's word when they had to take my truck to a Dodge dealership to fix the A/C. When most dealers would have recanted and defaulted on the repairs. They stood to their word and are fixing my truck. Again what a Surprise.
I have already began to share my positive experiences with family, neighbors and coworkers suggesting when they are buying or selling a car to call Drivers Select.
First base: the price and the miles on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 were lower than I expected.
Second base: More money for my trade in than I expected
Third base: A great APR on my truck

I wish I had read the post from Jan 4. The same thing happened to me. I called and talked to Yavon. She made it seem as if I was approved telling me how someone with bad credit came in with $200.00 and left with a vehicle. So I get there ,no Yavon. I talk to some guy who runs my credit again and tell me stuff I already know about my credit then tells me the banks are closed and that he would have to try back in the morning!!! Wow! Such liars!! Then he asks for a ridiculous down payment!! I would not recommend driver select to anyone! I wouldnt be surprised if they had someone writing their own ratings on this website! They do whatever they can to get you there then they switch everything around. Thats okay though because God does not like liars or thieves and if they continue to do business ....thats all I have to say! You reap what you sow! I would not recommend anyone to them! I left disgusted!

My credit isn't perfect which is why I went to them. I called driver select in dallas, tx on Jan 4 around 3pm and spoke with someone who asked for all my information as though I was doing a credit application via the phone. She specifically told me I was "approved" and to come in to discuss the terms of my financing. I went in about 5:30pm that same day. Upon arriving I was greeted by someone other than the lady I'd spoken on the phone with and was told that "they would just hand me off to him anyway". I didn't mind I guess he was trying to get his commission.
Anyhow we sat and talked for about 30 minutes. I repeated everything I told the woman on the phone and then he ran my credit. He told me the banks were closed and he "may" not get an answer back until in the morning at the latest. He told me that he would call me first thing in the morning with a response. He did not! I called their office numerous times that next day. After finally reaching him he told me that he hadn't heard anything and that he would give me a call. He didn't! I called them back and was given the run around. The following day Jan 6 I spoke with him and was told that I was not approved...I was very confused because I saw on their website that they approve everyone no matter what...ALL LIES!!! He flat out told me that I didn't qualify! He didn't tell me if I needed a co-signer, he wouldn't even tell me how much of a down payment I would need. He said "I don't want to tell you, I wouldn't even let my mother pay that much." My overall experience with them was very dis satisfying.
I heard about driversselect because I have done business with them before?this is my third car?I started dealing with them in 2005 I got my suburban in Arlington?.then I came back in 2008 and got a 2007 Yukon traded it and now I have a 2008 Lexus?.haha a 350?.I am loving it everybody was like wow you have a Lexus you have to have money to have a Lexus?I said ??you just have to know where to go??One lady at work said wow this is my dream car. I've always wanted to own a Range Rover but they are so expensive. I had been hearing about Driver Select on the radio and decided to check them out online. I found a BEAUTIFUL 2006 Range Rover at an incredible price so needless to say I went to see it in person. They got me approved with a decent montly payment and I was on my way. I feel like a million bucks driving this car around town, its great!

My wife and I just bought a slightly ??loved? : ) car from Driverselect and we wanted to thank Tiffany and Mr. Kelvin for finding us financing 1% lower than our credit union did we already got a low rate then they fought even harder to get it lower that really made us happy and showed us how much they really wanted us to be happy, we bought a 2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV and can??t wait to travel in it. I do know how frustrating it is to shop for a car being a woman I feel like I??m always underestimated and treated like I know nothing about cars but after going to you I must say you guys have completely changed my perspective towards car dealerships and car salesmen. Dylan was nothing short of wonderful, helpful and understanding but what really surprised me was when I spoke to Chris over the phone over my specific Infiniti QX45 he gave me a price and it took me a week to get out there but I finally did and he kept his word when I met with Dylan I saw the car, test drove it he showed me all the options and talked to the Store manager who was also very nice I was ready to sign and I asked for a few minutes to revise my paperwork? what do you know? NO SURPRISES! For that I thank you all, this was easy, no hidden fees, GREAT price I know I got more value for my money and I??m happy.
Do yourself a favor and buy a car somewhere else. These people are unprofessional and buy problematic cars at auction. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else!

Wow, wow wow!!! I got a wonderful deal last Saturday from Drivers Select in Dallas. The staff was friendly, respectful and easy to work with and they even stayed after closing to get the deal closed. I felt comfortable and not pressured by them and I truly appreciate the hard work they put into making me content with my purchase. There were no games and no hard-sells and would gladly return to Drivers Select for another vehicle purchase!

OMG Drivers Select was soooo good to me! I went there in search of a nice car to show off to my friends and to pick up the ladies with and boy did I find just that! I got a 2007 Audi with only 40K miles for under 21K and man is it beautiful. Good cars good prices!!!

We just got a new BMW from driversselect and we are very happy with the way things went. I love the fact that they sell cars as nice or nicer than most BMW dealerships and they are cheaper and cool about it too. Not stuffy! I saved about $2100 over our local BMW dealer on a car with a better warranty, more equipment and less miles. Go figure!

My husband and I with our 3 kids went into Drivers select on a friday and spent the whole day in there literally from 9:30am to 9pm. However we did leave for a short amount of time. They did try everything they could trying to get us with no money down but not a car that a family of five could fit into. So they wanted money down for the car we wanted. The manager Allen seemed to run around and tried to help us but he couldnt get names straight he was dealing with so many people.
We did not know if we could do it so I wanted to go home and sleep on it and they were also supposedly trying to figure something else out. That saturday I tried getting a hold of them to find out what they were trying to do and they would not return phone calls or answer when I called to tell me if they found something different. My husband had also lost his cell in the car and they told us they did not find it but we know it was left in there.
So after was all said and done they didn't care once we had left. My husband and i decided we could put the money down so we went to get the dodge charger. Well we were still there with our 3 kids for another 4 or 5 hours trying to sign papers. They didn't offer us any warranty or gap on the loan.
After all was said and done we headed home. The following morning I got a phone call from a dealership we were trying to get to finance us from saturday. He tells me they are using the same bank and the approval is good there too and they had lower prices on the same cars. So I did my research and the car we had was $500 to $1000 over retail according to edmunds, nada, and kbb (which is always high). The cars they had at the other dealership were $2500 cheaper for the same car, what would you do? So we found an even better car that was $1500 under retail value. We decided to return our vehicle because as stated on their phone lines and website # Full Refund Within 48 hours - No Questions Asked! Well we did felt bad but it was the wiser decision on our part to return it.
When we tried returning it the manager Allen started giving me a guilt trip and stating how hard he worked on it blah blah blah. I told him how very sorry I was but this was nothing I was doing to him. He checked out the car and I told him there was no reason to be mean I wanted to do this and leave. He started yelling at me. My mother was with me and she never raises her voice. She told him we needed to leave and needed to get this process done quickly. He snapped at her and told her he would make it as hard on her as he could. He started yelling and was being very vulgar.
In the middle was my 3 kids we were trying to put in her car. I was so upset I called the direct line to get a hold of someone above them. As I was doing this a gentleman walked up to the car and asked what was wrong. I told him and he said he would take care of Allen and he would help us get it done quick. He happened to be the COO. Five minutes later Allen changed his tone and we were out of there. It was a nice dealership to start but if you have any thought in your mind you want to return the car just don't sign papers. They did not stand by their word on no questions asked because they kept repeating why why etc.
Overall I was disappointed I had to return the car but we just found a better deal at a better price! Be careful when dealing with them.

I have tried and tried and tried to get a new car. You name it I've been there fnally my auntie and them said to go to Driversselect and they would help me plus i seen them on the tv so I did and Will over there really hooked me up. I almost gave up and settled for a tote to note place thank jesus i came here cuz Will and TU off the chain.... I didnt get some junk neither they helped me get Luxury got me a 2008 Cadillac STS baby! oooh yeah! and they tooke the time to show me the do's and dont's of my credit. I will NEVER go 2 another dealership again.

I??ve had the worst luck with car buying and finally I found a dealership that cares and that wants to genuinely help people in the community. I made mistakes when I was in college with my buying habits and I have paid for them tremendously even though I??ve been making significant changes, I still get no respect and worst not even acknowledged at the places I??ve been trying to buy a car at. My best friend told me to come here and I can??t thank everyone at Driversselect enough for all the hard work to really help me out. Marilyn was absolutely great! Without even knowing my situation I was greeted, welcomed, sat me in my own little area with entertainment and everyone I mean everyone said hello and tried to help me. By far the most respected dealership I have ever been to and I??ve been to plenty of dealerships even out of state. Not only was I able to get a 2008 maxima with only 23,513 miles on it but I bought a car that I love, that I can afford, and that??s gonna get me to wherever I need to go without having to worry about car problems.

3 weeks ago I finally got the courage to head over to driversselect cayse everyone??s been talking about this place and I hear the commercials everywhere but I just thought it was too good to be true. So on Saturday I took my daughter shopping and remembered the commercial and decided to just go look. I went to the driversselect of mesquite and I just want to let everyone know if you??re thinking about a used car to save a ton of money and get the best bank for your money. Go here! I worked with a couple of guys I worked with Angel and Robert and another lady and what was so ineteresting to me was that everytime I talked to a different guy they knew exactly where I left off with the other one, just seems like the communication and process there is A+ requirement in order to be employed. I am just at a loss for words with the energy at this place its through the roof, my daughter is only 7 and she was having so much fun with this new purchase I couldn??t believe it how easy it was. I finally got me a 2007 Hummer H3X in a shiny black, navigation and my daughter??s favorite, the moonroof. I wasn??t expecting to buy but Angel gave me a deal I couldn??t refuse. These guys are incredible.

I just bought a 2008 C230 with Driversselect , Wendell over there helped me out and I couldnt be happier with my new car, the way I was treated, and the effort he and his management team put into making this work for me at a very fair deal. I thought I was only going to be able to get into an Impala or like a Pontiac but instead I was making a joke with Mr. Wendell about this very vibrant red mercedes with black leather interior and I said, "I want that one!" he immediately said Ok, no problem let's go drive it, and what he said and promised he delivered. I'm very happy with everything and everyone at Driversselect.. that dealership there really is different than any other dealer i've ever seen.

Well I dont even know where to begin the customer service what that impressive! I actually work for another dealership and ended shopping driversselect because I heard a lot of good things about you guys and competitive prices and ended up pleasantly surprised. I was so happy with how different you guys were with so many things. I love that I didnt have a bunch of salespeople run outside to me and pressure to buy a car. You guys made me feel so welcomed as soon as I walked in I was greeted and the place looked so nice and very clean and the best part was everyone there had a big smile. You can really tell you guys have a lot of fun helping people. I sat with Kelvin and Abrams and I never felt like they wanted to sell me the car they wanted me to buy, they wanted to get me the car I wanted to buy with no pressure. Anything I asked for they got and answered all my questions. Let me tell you something, that was the best tag team I??d ever seen, and the best part was? THEY BEAT THE DEALERSHIP I WORK FORS PRICE!!! KEEP DOING WHAT YOU GUYS DO! ILL DEFINITELY COME BACK AND BUY ANOTHER CAR!
